I would agree that his is an Uzamaki, but I cannot agree that he got the rinnegan FROM the juubi. Also, I cannot agree that pure uzumaki's cannot use ninjutsu. Think about their whole clan from the Land of Eddys... Are you telling me that an entire clan cannot use ninjutsu? Yes, their special was sealing jutsu, but come on.. Karin can use ninjutsu (Mind's Eye of Kagura and Mystical Palm Tech) Kushina had to have been able to use Ninjutsu, due to the Acadamy's exam of being able to create a clone or transformation jutsu so you can grad.

No, it defeats your argument. Just because Kushina alone isnt good at ninjutsu, doesnt mean the entire clan are defunct. You are profiling. You clansist.

Also true: Jinchuriki lose these abilities after the bijuu (source of ability) is removed. Gaara.

Possibly. The text is really small. But i am pretty sure it says "The seal that creates a jinchuriki." Meaning it is a sealing jutsu which the sage used to seal the Juubi inside of himself.
