I pull out both of my katanas and then I infuse them with wind chakra. I release the chakra, by crossing my swords and rock them, creating a big whirlwind.

It catches the oil from the air and I send it towards you. I charge behind it. (at a safe distance)
When you shoot your fireball our jutsus explode and i appear from the middle of the explosion, near you, with both of my swords on my hands and infused with wind chakra.
Then you see me slicing your neck with both katanas (from the right), but at the same time you see me splitting in two and throwing a blow at your abdomen (from the left). And at the same time you see a 3th me, comming from my chest, that pierce your stomach with both katanas.
(The last one was the real me, the others were Bunshins)

(I'm ducked) I cross both of my katanas, and at the same time you release the chidori I release wind chakra by the form of huge wind blast that blocks completly the lightning, before it touches me, and pushes you back.
At the same time, covered by the blast, I spit 2 needles at your eyes, poking them.
(You cant see the needles because they were hidden on the wind)
( Your eyes abilities are based on viewing chakra, you probably can see me throught the blast but you cant see the needles)
You get hit by the blast and, without any notice, your eyes get pierced by the needles. (I sheathe my katanas and i jump at you)
You cover your pierced eyes with your hands, in the air, and I get behind you.
I quickly lock my feet on your neck and I close my hands on your chest, slamming you to the ground head on.
I finish off by tagging you and step back.

LOL !! .. u can make stuff pretty good !! .. but chidori can only be blocked by sharingan !! not something else !~!~

It depends... See... the basic chidori consist on th user gathering lightning and shape it on the palm of the hand... (As we saw on naruto, it takes time). then its power its based on the speed of the user towards the opponent, sharingan was used to control the attack because at high speed ist really difficult to touch because he can just side step you and then kill you (we can see it when Kakashi first used chidori whithout sharingan). Whit the sharingan you can see the opponents movement and adapt yourself to that.
but... I blocked other type of chidori. Raiton: Chidori Raimei (Lightning Style: 1000 Birds Thunderstorm) .This is just like wind wall (more powerful of course), you create the chidori and spread it at your surroundings, you dont need sharingan to control it or to counter it. Even at high speed I could still block it with my wind jutsu since:
Lightning < Wind

ok !! i will post my move later coz its 6.30 am !! and i just got up to put some things on downloading !! dont hav nrain to check them out !!
Its 1.31 am here... you just woke up and I need to go sleep... if you post your move right now i'll reply... if you dont I'll only reply 10 or so hours later... (I only wake up at 11.30 and I'm only full awake at 12.30..., how can u awake at 6.30???)

As you start spreding the chidori current through your body I let go of you and I backflip through the air releasing a wind whirlwind from my feet in a dropkick.
