Orochimaru can't summon anyone without doing the ritual first, so basically the person in the coffin was revived already. But because it's confirmed that it was Minato, there's a plot hole.

Yes guys I thought it, too. But there is another thing.
Minato died while sealing Kurama into Naruto's body and he seal Kurama's half of chakra with Ripper Death God jutsu. The ones who uses this technique can't be summoned back. So, it couldn't be Minato.
Then, if it wasn't Minato, Kabuto could summon Minato and Hiruzen, too.
