Orochimaru's third summoning

Allright, everybody remembers that Orochimaru was going to awaken three shinobis against Hiruzen. However, Hiruzen prevented him from awakening the third one. So, I am asking you guys.

What do you think of who could be the third shinobi ? I wondered about it. In the anime Hiruzen seemed so afraid.

Minato died while sealing Kurama into Naruto's body and he seal Kurama's half of chakra with Ripper Death God jutsu. The ones who uses this technique can't be summoned back. So, it couldn't be Minato.
Then, if it wasn't Minato, Kabuto could summon Minato and Hiruzen, too.

You're correct, there's a plot hole. Orochimaru must have done the ritual before using the ET against Hiruzen, meaning that he used living sacrifices to revive the dead hokages.

And that's why Oro failed to revive minato.. He could've got the dna n stuff, but he wasn't able to complete his jutsu..
