Actually, you have to have a special attribute to utilize Sage Mode or else you will turn to stone (TSM). If Kabuto didn't have Orochimaru's DNA and was still able to use DSM, then it would've been imperfect. Also, he needed Jugo's DNA for it to properly absorb the natural energy.

The powers Kabuto has are Jugo, Suigestu, Karin, Orochimaru, Tayuya, Kimimaro, Jirobou, Kidomaru, and Sakon & Ukon's.

You do not need a Special "attribute" to learn it, It's simply done via training with Toad/snake sages.

He collected their Dna, he made their powers his. I'm guessing by your Logic, We must take sasuke's EMS, Naruto's Bijuu, kakashi's sharingan, B's bijuu, away in every Vs thread.

What we are saying is, he doesn't need to make these sacrifices during battle, he's already done it and has Edo's stores up. When a VS match starts, he already has them stored up.

I can see the point to both sides. I think because of the nature of the technique, whether he has edos or not is at the discretion of the person creating the VS match. Though I really don't see the point in giving him that ability since he has no one to summon but fodders.

Minato prepares with his kunais before hand by having them marked and having a certain number of them before hand.
Minato took 3 years to prepare the rasengan correct?
Minato Prepared his blood contract with the toads before hand with Jman correct? Once only btw, then can summon them as much after with out making the contract again!

Sasori before hand prepares his puppets ONCE! Correct? After that he can use them anytime he chooses and summon them already battle ready! Corect?

Nagato prepared his 6 paths of pain before hand ONCE! And after that, he can freely use them when ever he chooses. Correct?

Hanzou and sasori drenched their wepons in poison before hand correct? After that they are set for life!

I could keep going on and on to prove a point but i feel as tho retards will still not get it (thats why they are retards i suppose).
