Lightning Release: Shuriken Control Technique
How to Attack: Infuse your ration chakra in several -to be precise two- shurikens and create a chain between them, connecting them together. When the opponent gets caught, he/she turns numb, and their movements are restricted. Very useful technique when the opponent is distracted.
How to Defend: Doesn't do much defending.
How to Counter: Well, if the opponent can see it, he/she'll can use a jutsu to knock the two shurikens out of their trajectory.
Advantages Quick and effective when opponent's vision is obscured. Also makes the opponent go numb, and the best thing is they're numb for a turn and their movements is restricted.
Disadvantages: Can be countered easily when seen.
Combinations: Not sure

As you may already know within the "First" move, the opponent has to see agression towards you. Well if it was me and with the bio's i have, i'd be able to sense you instantly, thus knowing that when you raise your hand and release chakra, it's something i can counter. Dojutsu users as well is able to do that as it's instant to activate them. Sound element can easily detect it as well. Just remember every jutsu has it's draw backs if you really think about them.

However, because it's a driven attack and it's something you don't throw, the opponent could use any jutsu to defend himself really, because you're driving in an attack and he/she could just jump back and exhale out a large fireball tech. O_O
Advantages It kills. Quick and easy to utilize. Can pierce through earth attackAnd you can always use it to cut some balls if people are hyping it. xd
Disadvantages: You have to drive in the attack like rasengan. And while you drive in chidori, if you miss, then you are really open and the opponent could take this chance to kill you.
Combinations: Well, if chidori connects in a vital place, then there's no need to use another jutsu. However if for example you chidori then in the stomach or in the Penis, :| probably the opponent will be frozen in pain and shock, so you could use this time to slit there throat with a kunai.

How to Attack: Well, first of all, you could distract the opponent -as usual- then hug them tight. Not an actual hug :| but just grab them. Just after this release the ration chakra in your body and paralyze them. Then take advantage from there. Maybe even use chidori.
How to Defend: In taijutsu, it's a massive help. When being hit or grabbed by the opponent, this jutsu is the best for those sort if situations. Paralyzing the enemy when (s)he's made physical contact.
How to Counter: Not enough time to counter really... :| I think substitution jutsu might work.... apart from that nothing else.
Advantages Quick and really easy to use. Very effective in taijutsu. There's nothing much the opponent can do after being struck by this jutsu.
Disadvantages: You have to make physical with the opponent in order to use it for offense.
Combinations: The opponent will be frozen in pain and shock, so you could use this time to slit there throat with a kunai.

Quick Facts about nagashi.
Within the rules of our rp. Nagashi will break up to B rank genjutsu. It also paralizes your opponent if they are hit. You can focus and use more chakra and use it in a single direction by channeling it towards you opponent. Also so that you do not misuse this technique, nagashi can harden mud like save if someone used swamp of the underworld against you. You can direct nagashi under you to harden the mud. However you will not be able to channel it down then towards the opponent

ok before continueing, I have just recieved word that I am allowed to teach again so if you already found a new senpai/sensei for this let me know. I will continue soon as i have word from you.
1. No they will not die and you will hardly be able to do that for the purpose of our rp. Keep in mind this jutsu is not going for damage but to create an opening. It covers a large range so a person can not just simple move out of the way. I mean can't use hurricane fist to move out of it's wide range. It serves as a purpose to attack multiple targets but you know with our rp you mainly fight 1 on 1. That means to use this effectively you would want to make sure he counters with wind. Perhaps you launch a fire attack behind this so that they can't easily counter it with jutsu wind.
2. Combinations - More than likely you would need him distracted and lose what you are doing. Launch a fire attack or something that obstruct his vision and form it right behind it.
Disadvantages - Large scale wind attack would completely negate this. If you know it's coming it's not a good idea to use it.
3. remember a sub jutsu takes 5 handseals.
4. Just remember this is attacking jutsu only and it's a combination of speed with taijutsu. You are not going to be able to distract him with ninjutsu or elemental ninjutsu, more than likely they will counter and you run into it. Best bet for distraction is using some time of genjutsu where they are restricted momentarily.

Though beaware, more than likely you will have to perform this in 2 steps if you do not have yin and yang training.

This one is well explained within it's descriptions. It's a serious of taijutsu moves and finishes it off with chidori. Remember once you finish this training session, chidori can be used with a single hand seal.

Huh? 5 handseals.. how come in Naruto people like Kakashi don't use 5 handseals to use substitution jutsu?
How to Attack: Basically knock the opponent into the air and hit him/her with punches and kicks, then before they fall down onto the ground, you just appear below them and strike chidor into their back. It's best to do this jutsu when the opponent is caught off guard. To do this, you could use Temporary Body Paralysis Technique to paralyze the opponent before executing this attack.
How to Defend: If the opponent wants to draw you into a close range taijutsu fight, and you successfully dodge an attack and (s)he's open, you can do this jutsu.
How to Counter: It the opponent hasn't been distracted beforehand and you just ran towards him/her hoping that you'd use this jutsu on him, the opponent would just simply kill you. Or injure your fatally.
Advantages It's a fatal combo and if executed well, the opponent would be dead..
Disadvantages: You need a sword and also must go really close to the opponent, which is dangerous.
Combinations: It's a combo itself.

How to Attack: When using this jutsu, just make sure that the opponent is distracted, or can't see what you're doing. For example, you could use the mist jutsu and then this jutsu.
How to Defend: You can't defend with this jutsu.
How to Counter: If the opponent sees this jutsu coming, (s)he'll just protect them-self with a wind tech.
Advantages Quick and easy to utilize. If executed well, it will deal with lots of damage and if the opponent is standing on a water source, he can be paralyzed.
Disadvantages: Dunno.
Combinations: After (s)he is paralyzed, you can perform chidori on him, or pierce him with a ten meter lightning sword.

How to Attack: Like you said, orbs are created through shape manipulation and you shoot at them. It'll be really easy for the opponent to counter the attack out, so that is why you need to occupy them beforehand. For example, exhale out a very large fireball at them, and then use this jutsu.
How to Defend: Well.. i suppose it can defend you from earth techs that are shot at you.
How to Counter: If not distracted beforehand, the opponent can counter 'em out with B-Rank or higher wind techs.
Advantages There are several orbs and not just one. It's quick and easy to use.
Disadvantages: Requires you to distract the opponent.
Combinations: You could use a large fireball tech after it. Obviously it's likely the opponent would use wind techs to defend against the lightning attack, but because Fire > Wind, the opponent would be in trouble.

How to Defend: Doesn't defend much.
How to Counter: Well, a common thing to say would be "wind jutsu". However, because it's a driven attack and it's something you don't throw, the opponent could use any jutsu to defend himself really, because you're driving in an attack and he/she could just jump back and exhale out a large fireball tech. O_O
Advantages It kills. Quick and easy to utilize. Can pierce through earth attack. It's also a lot more powerful than chidori, so it has high killing potential.
Disadvantages: You have to drive in the attack like rasengan. And while you drive in raikiri, if you miss, then you are really open and the opponent could take this chance to kill you.
Combinations: You could use a large fireball or any other jutsu that has the ability to block your and your opponents vision from each other, then run behind the fireball and strike raikiri if he counters the fireball out.

How to Attack: You create a raikiri in each hand and run towards the opponent in zigzags, then strike them. It's best if you done this jutsu after you have used (Kanashibari no Jutsu) - Temporary Body Paralysis Technique to paralyze them.
How to Defend: You can't defend with this jutsu.
How to Counter: If the opponent has 3T and predicts your move, (s)he could wait for the right moment and use an in-counterable jutsu.
Advantages It's twice as powerful as raikiri, and you do more damage than using only one raikiri.
Disadvantages: Both of your hands are occupied meaning it'll be next to impossible to defend against an unexpected jutsu.
