ok, i was just reading the new chapter yet again and am curious if i am the only one to notice it. ... did naruto destroy the hokage faces?!

ok, that first link shows pain flying backwards after naruto repelled the shinra tensei back at pain. in the top one, as you can clearly see pain landed in front of the faces. middle you can see that naruto landed right next to pain and then naruto prepares a blast of chakra.

in the second link we see that naruto is hit in the face just as he releases the chakra blast and we see a huge amount of landscape be destroyed near the edge of what used to be konoha.

in this one it is said "theres pretty much no sign left in the village." could they be referring to the fact that the hokage faces were just destoryed and now konoha has no landmarks or anything to distinguish it besides a huge pile of rubble?

what you guys think?

Kyubi really use a "big jutsu".......No idea what happened..........

yeah it does seem like it but kishi is like that so he probably makes you wounder but he wont destroy such an iconic mark in the naruto world because its the heart of konoha and shows the previous hokages and also its a symbol for naruto from the aspect of the 4th looking over naruto's progress

i agree. but alot of the evidence does point in that direction. and if it is infact true it shows that naruto does nto have complete control over kyuubi right now because there is no way in hell naruto would destroy the faces on purpose.

and to the first guy. no duh dude! add an opinion, not a pointless post

Yes, looks like konoha's hokage mountain is nowhere to be found again (confirmed by an aerial vision of the whole village after kyuubi's beam). But as far I know, when konoha is attacked, all the villagers are refuged at bunkers located on that mountain, isn't?

its a symbol of the past generations i don't think kishi would destroy it,its like the valley of the end with madara and the 1st hokages statues they wouldn't be destroyed either >.>

However, this isn't the biggest lost they have suffered lol.

I'm pretty sure yamato or any strong earth user can take care of rebuilding the mountain with the face on it!
