This is a very strong technique because as soon as this is done every technique the user create using this will be pitch black and the enemy will not see them coming

Description:A highly advanced technique that draws all the rain into one point, this single point spins at high speeds, so high that they begin to pull the rain cloud into them. The final effect of this technique is a swirling storm of Water that rushes towards an opponent in a fierce tidal wave like motion.
The speeds that this vortex spins at are so fast that it is able to cut through armor. This technique, once sent out is almost impossible to stop and will continue going until the chakra supporting it runs out. As a downside, the storm will chase down an opponent and anything near an opponent, including the user of the jutsu .

The wall of water can be up to 360? if necessary and is especially efficient at stopping Fire Release techniques though is unable to defend against elemental fusion and combination techniques such as those employed by Kakuzu

i charge my sword wid lightning and stab the wall with it, now the wall is surrounded by lightning and as your spears come towards me they all break
than i see the raindrops coming towards me with sharingan and i use :

i send my hair to catch all those rain drops, than retract my hair back...and my hair is unable to move O_O
-your fire is weak against my water wave so my Tsunami counters it.
-When you make the 360 wall around you ur own wall acts as an water suply to my spears and they shoot at yo form inside ur own shield killing you with lighting.
-When you make your hair thingy my water attracts onto them and stick you to the ground. (cause it comes form the ground also)
