Yamato doesn't seem like a person doing anything for grudge not Anko or Sai are going to join him just because.
They must be on a mission to find Kabuto under circumstances.

Other than that, Kabuto is an excellent medical ninja, who surpasses Tsunade's skills at his age. Seeing the condition of the village and villagers , Konoha needs doctors. so they are looking for him.

He will be captured and get away in leiu of healing Hinata and Kakashi.

I think that Orochimaru's life force, is that of a parasite. It continue to grow inside you, and leach your own life force. And considering Orochimaru constantly "sheds skin" while using a human body.... as Shizune said about Tsunade... her ability to instantly heal instantly decreases your lifespan, because your cell can only divide a certain number of times. Orochimaru kills a body with all of his techniques in only 3 years.
