can sakura learn rasengan ?

N as far as the question is concerned ...who knows she might b able to use rasengan though I don't c that happening anywayU_U

NO.

1. You need more than just good chakra control.
2. It took Minato (a genius) 3 years to perfect the Rasengan.
3. Kakashi could copy the jutsu with his sharingan since it wasnt a Kekkei Genkai.
4. God knows how long it too Jiraiya to learn the technique. The manga never states it. But he had the ORIGINATOR of the technique to teach him.
5. Naruto was only able to do this technique because of the 100 Kage Bushin Clones he was using to learn the ttechnique more rapidly.
6. Sakura does not have the time, the teacher, nor the technique (Kage Bushin) to learn this difficult of a technique before the story line is complete.

That was Rasenshuriken. Not normal rasengan.

Normal rasengan is a chakra manipulation.
She could learn it, however she will not because that is Naruto's move.

off topic : I think learning rasengan would be easier for Neji or Hinata due to their chakra holes / chakra controle

Yes, Sakura can learn the Rasengan. Not so sure if she can learn to use Shadow Clones, however, due to the fact that Naruto learned that technique from reading the Forbidden Scroll. Would the Rasengan be suited to Sakura? No. She's already got monster strength.
She also is better suited to Medical Ninjutsu.

Of course she could. I'm willing to bet that anyone who could perform medical jutsu could learn it fairly easily, if they had the proper instruction. Naruto learnt it in a week. Konohamaru learnt it offscreen. Anyone who says that Sakura can't is just so consumed by hatred that they can't see sense.
