Do u think sakura has what it take to learn rasengan ,

Kakashi and jiraiya dont have wind release either. and Rasengan is pure chakra, not element. its just chakra manipulation.

You don't need wind release...

You need wind release for wind release: Rasengan but you don't need it for a base rasengan.

Would she even need rasengan? Rasengan is just cannon fodder nowadays, look at her devastating punches...I don't see a rasengan doing that. She's dangerous enough nowadays but still being useless somehow.
