Details and preferences: You can just cut away the bottom half of it as long as the shark's jaws are fully visible, Kisame doesn't need to be involved. Background can stay the same, though the sky would be cooler. That's not important though:

The shark needs an eyepatch! and if Gai was in Gates mode (you know, green aura, red skin, even lifted hair if you can be bothered) it would rock, but that's not really necessary.
