Description: After performing a set of 4 handseals, the user gathers a huge amount of fire chakra and releases it into the air, causing a portal similar to the "Sticky Earth Drop" technique to open to either of two opposite sides of the intended target, each portal is released 5 meters away from the opponent, summoning two identical meteor sized fireballs which are extremely compressed towards the opponent, approaching him from the two opposite sides, when the Fireballs each are 3 meters away from the opponent they resonate with each other, causing a "link" of fire to spread out connecting the two fireballs resulting in a ring of fire that's made around the opponent, entrapping him in the area he's in, however the opponent can escape vertically upwards since the ring of fire doesn't cover above him it only covers around him, the heat released from these two fireballs are enough to cause sweat to drip down the opponent's body when it's summoned out of the portals, letting him know the danger he's in, each Meteor sized fireball is considered an A-rank Fire technique, since it's an S-rank divided in two, when hit by either fireballs, anything caught in between the two fireballs will be crushed and burned severely.
Note: Can only be used once.
Note: No S-rank Fire Release or above techniques in the next turn.

X-Declined-X Well, excluding the strong relation with space-time ninjutsu (Sticky Earth drop was used by an anbu and can very well be a variant of summoning like wheel of fortune). There are 2 things:
-Mid Range? Mid range from you or your opponent? if you, you are in effect range.
-3m is too less, make it at least 10-15m.

Description: After utilizing a set of 4 handseals, the user gathers a huge amount of chakra which he spreads through the air, this Fire technique is not used like other Fire techniques, for example to be released out of the user's mouth or around him, this Fire technique is a burst of flames that erupt out of an enclosed place of earth, it uses the earth to erupt as a medium, for example this technique can be used in conjunction with the "Earth Release: Opening Earth Rising Excavation" technique, to form an erupting Volcano, by erupting flames out of the circular "void" of the volcano that mixes with the earth to form Lava that erupts out of the Volcano's tip and drips down it's length, not only that, but it also can be used in enclosed places like in conjunction with the "Earth Release: Earth Corridor" technique, in which it causes the walls of the tavern to erupt flames burning anyone who's inside of it, it can be used in conjunction with any techniques similar to the ones mentioned previously in which they "surround" or trap the opponent, however it's downside is that it can't be used in an area that doesn't surround the opponent, meaning it can't just come out of the ground beneath the opponent for example, unless they have "walls" around them, when the fire erupts it's similar to the "Fire Release: Firing Biscuit" Technique.
Note: Can only be used Twice per battle.
Note: No S-rank or above Fire techniques in the next 2 turns.

X-Declined-X That would be simultaneous use of Earth release and Fire release. Impossible without KG or Yin/Yang. You could remake this technique to be used in collaboration of clones, summoning animals or team mates.

Description: the Rebellion sword is made out of a special metal that is able to use the user's fire chakra , it has a large white blade with a silver skull shaped handle ,it's worn on the user's back like Kakashi's sword when he was young , when the user channels his fire chakra into the blade, a fire Aura surrounds the white blade making the sword more lighter and enhancing the user with faster reactions and turning the blades color into bloody red, as long as the user is wielding the blade he can perform any fire technique with the use of only a single handseal, also by adding the +30 fire chakra of the user to the blade , the blade can block fire techniques up to A-rank negating the fire and absorbing it but still receives a certain amount of damage from the attack.
Note: Cannot be used without mastering the fire element.
Note: User takes -10 damage when absorbing a fire technique.
Note: Can only block fire techniques 3 times per battle.
Note: Can only be wielded by Dante..

(Sōdō Geijutsu: Zenshin) – Rebellion Art: Drive

Description: The user holds Rebellion in a reverse grip manner, around their back while it's in one of their hands as they bend their knees down nearly touching the ground getting in a crouching manner then he injects Rebellion with a large amount of Fire chakra, using the fire chakra around Rebellion as Rebellion begins glowing in bloody red aura to superheat the air by using Fire chakra in conjunction with a blazing fast horizontal shaped slash in front of the user that he makes, sending a superheated wave of air towards their opponent's direction in a crescent shaped arc, the wave can be clearly seen as a resonating wave of red aura that's heading towards them, it is consider a Fire Release technique.

X-Approved-X Technique itself is fine, but Gamabunta is 100m in height and the technique is considered mid-range. Doesnt match so i edited it out to approve it. You could resubmit fixing the error but the wave wont be allowed to retain the same strength as it moves forward towards the long range.

(Hyouton/Genjutsu : Touketsu Akumu ) Ice/Genjutsu: Frozen Nightmare

Description: For this technique, the user will focus a large amount of hyouton (Ice) chakra into the atmoshpere. As they have done this, the will proceed to do two hand seals, trapping their opponent in a genjutsu where he/she believes they are in a frozen wasteland. As they have done this, this is where the ice chakra comes in. The user will then use the ice chakra that in the air to slowly freeze the opponents feet and hands, not allowing them to move for 2 turns. But because the opponent is trapped in the gen, they won't know that anything really happened to then, just that they are playing in snow.

-Must have mastered genjutsu
-Must have mastered ice
-Must be Sannin frank of higher to use
-Only usable 3 times per battle
-No A-rank or higher gen for two turns after technique has been used

As the chakra has been implanted the opponent will then be trapped in a genjutsu. The user will then extend his/her hand, with a pulling motion as if they are pulling the terrain close together ex. From area being long range, person trapped in gen will think the range is mid. The opponent will then see ripples in the terrain.

Description: This is a very simple technique, all the use has to do is focus their chakra into their dominant hand. As this had been done, the use will then reach towards that area, releasing an intangible arm of chakra towards that location. This arm dont do any harm, but it can hold onto solid objects, such as, head, rocks, ledge etc. The arm of chakra is also retractable. The reason for this is because if the user decides this is not the right time to use this they can stop on an instant.

Description: The user begins by channeling their chakra into a cigarette. They then toss a lite cigarette into the air while its in the air they increase the amount of chakra that was in the cigarette causing the lite end to create sparks that shoot out from the lite end of the cigarette. The user then uses shape manipulation to shape the sparks into fireballs that shoot up into the sky. Once in the sky the user can direct the fireballs to shoot down onto a specific area down below.

Description: The user begins by channeling their lightning chakra into their fingertips. Once done each fingertip begins to glow due to the lightning chakra on each fingertip. They then wave their hands in front of them shooting out long 'wires' of lightning the wires are created by using shape manipulation. Once the wires wrap around the opponent, the user manipulates the wires into joining up into one large wire. The user increases the amount of lightning chakra in the fused wire causing the wires to electrocute the opponent to death.

Description : Aeolus, the White Tiger, was given his respective name after showcasing exceptional skill in the arts of Wind Release. Aeolus is roughly about half the size of Gamabunta and is well-known for his powers of being able to manipulate the surrounding winds around him, while at the same time, generate high amounts of air that seems to exerted from his body (which is not the case) to enable flight. The winds are produced through the molding of wind chakra of course. Flight was never accessible to the average White Tigers or any land animal summoning, but not Aeolus. With Wind Release being Aeolus' affinity, he is capable of performing all types of Wind techniques up to the user's rank and without the need of handseals, much like most summoning animals.

Note : Can only be summoned twice per battle

Description : With this technique, the user is capable of conjuring up to three rings entirely made out of pure wind. Upon creation, these rings spin at ferocious speeds, allowing them to cut through the human flesh and slice through bones, including those of Kaguya bloodline. At the user's will, these rings are capable of contracting inwards onto the enemy's body, possibly killing them if not dealt with or escaped properly.

Description : The user claps his hand together while concentrating wind chakra in the surrounding air around a particular area. With that, the user will manipulate the air currents around that particular area to begin moving towards a single point in the area. These air currents move slowly and steadily at first. After that, the user will then clench his clapped hands together and cause the velocity in which the air currents move at to increase. The wind implodes into the particular spot, causing what seems to be an explosion. Naturally, if a person or thing is to stand on that spot, they will be crushed and destroyed as the effects of the technique take place.

(Kuchiyose No Jutsu:Batoidea: Ophelia)- Summoning: Batoidea: Ophelia

Description: Ophelia is the weapons expert of the Stingrays and thus focuses heavily on close range prowess. She has the looks of an small sized Eagle Stingray being only a meter long (not including tail length) with a wingspan of a meter 1/2 and is sandy yellow in colour with white spots. Despite not having a humanoid body to perform punches and kicks, she makes up for it through a unique moveset. Ophelia’s first ability is what allows her to overcome her lack of limbs to wield weapons. Ophelia is capable of freely growing Stingray stingers from all over her body, and is also capable of applying shape manipulation to the stingers so as to create various weapons of all different shapes and sizes. These stingers have the strength slightly greater than that of a Kunai. She is also capable of growing much more powerful chakra or elemental chakra enhanced stingers which is equivalent in strength to an A ranked jutsu, the stingers can also be retracted or shot if need be. Ophelia’s second ability is what truly allows her to shine in close range combat, and also earned her nickname; Rippling Ophelia. By channeling chakra to her body and reverberating it within while also utilizing her exceptional body control, she is capable of undulating her body, or parts of her body at high speeds creating an optical illusion where her body appears to be rippling. This effectively makes it exceptionally hard for her opponent to block as they will be unable to gauge exactly where Ophelia will strike, although they can gauge the rough vicinity in which she will strike and thus attempt to dodge using “wide dodges”. This allows her to overpower her enemies in close quarters combat by continuously forcing them to make large dodges by relentlessly following up each attack with a new one, preventing counter-attacks since the opponent will have to waste their movements on dodging. Thus it becomes a waiting game of when the opponent will either tire out, or make a dodge that he can’t recover from in time to dodge her next attack. This optical illusion can only be slowed down to trackable speeds by a Mangekyou Sharingan. The venom on Ophelia’s grown stingers aren’t the most potent, but are still quite deadly. Five senbon sized stingers being able to easily incapacitate a limb while causing the opponent minor heart rate and breathing problems such as lack of breath, and minute cramping like pains within the chest region.

Note:
- Ophelia can only be summoned once per battle and stays on the field for four turns.
- Growing elemental enhanced Stingers or enhancing already grown stingers counts as a move and has a maximum of five uses.
- Her rippling effect can only be activated once per battle and last for two turns.
- Ophelia is capable of both swimming and flying through the air.

Description: Best used while under cover or while the enemy has cannot see you. The user quickly creates an earth section within one of his hands the exact size and shape of a .50 caliber sniper rifle round. Then the user exhales a wind blast directly onto the base of the bullet that sends it flying at the opponent. The bullet moves so fast that it looks like a blur to the naked eye but it is still seeable similar to the speed of Manipulated Tools: Heavenly Chain of Destruction. Like real .50 caliber sniper rounds these bullets can pierce earthen walls up to C rank and regular skin.

-Due to elemental advantage, will go through A rank water albeit slowed down
-Will get destroyed if used against any lightning techniques
-Will melt against B rank fire
-Will get blown back by B rank wind techniques

Densetsu no chō saiyahito no henkan Legendary Super Saiyan Transformation

Description: Broly will enter an "extended transformation" similar to Tsunade's that he is able to maintain even while taking damage. When this jutsu is activated a green chakra orb will erupt from Broly that is capable of pushing an opponent back that is in short range. The orb will do absolutely no damage and neither will the push back but it will simply push the opponent to the edge of short range away from Broly. Within the orb Broly's skin seemingly explodes from within, revealing a new form of Broly with a much larger frame, increased muscle mass and pupil-less eyes. The increased muscle mass in this form gives Broly a modest +5 boost in taijutsu and physical attacks

-Once Transformation is entered it lasts the entire battle or until the user is severely hurt/out of chakra, whichever comes first
-Can only be taught by Broly
-Can only be used once per battle

The wind stream can be maintained for as long as the user wishes however these drain his chakra the longer he does it, making him only able to sustain flight for 3 straight turns before needing a 4 turn cooldown. Also the user may only use lightning, wind, and tai techniques while in flight putting the user at a huge disadvantage in exchange for flight.

-If used 3 turns in a row, boots need a 4 turn cooldown
-May only use lightning, wind, and tai while using boots' ability
-Can only be used by Broly and those he allows

Description: User casts a genjutsu on the surrounding area by linking together 2 handseals. Everyone in the area will then, in each target's mind, become it's opponent. This will make the user look, sound, smell, etc like an ally of each individual target, while making it's ally look, feel, like the user or an user's ally, inverting the roles. This is further masked by changing the appearance of someone's jutsu, especially custom jutsu or elements, allowing the user to preform any jutsu the opponent has, to the user own knowledge. This will not change the structure of a jutsu, but can alter it's sound/smell/colour/texture/temperature/nature/etc, as well as any decoy visual stimuli, making it seem as if the user or the opponent have used a signature move from the person they became, in a target's mind.
*This can make an individual target see more than one person as the same person, it can even make everyone look the same. It can also keep one or more people with their normal appearances, while still changing the jutsus a person uses so it seems like someone else. It can also change everything but the voice, or the looks, or the smells*

X-Declined-X Erm how should i explain it.. youre affecting several different enermies with a "variable" genjutsu. Everyone isn't affected by the same genjutsu. Their sense of roles is being inverted and it would require you to manipulate everyone's illusion differently considering the fact that there can be enemies from more then one faction each with a different sense of allies and enemies. Not going to DNR but the technique is physically impossible.

I have a problem with this and its that it would make strong genjutsu (and weak) unreleasable. Basically, upon release, this triggers so it becomes unreleasable. Its pretty unreasonable as its worded. I like the overal ability but it needs to be put in a manner that is can be approved.

Ok, with your added notes there was a problem added. What exactly does the enemy experience in terms of the second genjutsu? The first one is a replication of a weak, non specific genjutsu and upon seeing it or experiencing it, the user produces some effect to release it, triggering the second one. However, what is this second one? And how can it actually restrict the chakra usage? There is a bit of a lack in explanation on how you achieve that. Or is this a Genjutsu/Ninjutsu? Genjutsu for the first part and Ninjutsu for the second part? Being that the Ninjutsu part would be a "noise" or fluctuation you trigger on your enemies chakra flow upon the release method, spending chakra for a limited amount of turns and thus weakening him. Also, note one thing. You're restricting (if it succeeds) your enemy a lot, yet you suffer little to no effect. Its still not very reasonable but it does have potential

If the used method of release was pain, it will recreate the pain by adding it to the body palpitations, seemingly making the body sore. These illusions are presented intermittently.

one question: how can you, without a doujutsu, target the pressure points like that with such a high rank, hard to control, technique? Such pinpoint precision is what we call "stretching". You make an undefined, virtually infinite, number of minor water dropplets to materialize around your enemy (meaning some you won't even be following with your eyes) and then, by sheer will, they happen to pinpoint all the pressure points of your enemy, hit them and such? Just like that? Also, I must enforce that if you actually do target the pressure points of a person like that all together its = to instant defeat... I'm tempted to DNR this as i foresee tons of misuse but I'll allow you to resubmit and better it.

Then he generates air currents which spin in a spiraling motion, and forms a vortex of wind in that area with his chakra. The vortex of wind acts almost like a vacuum. The vortex is capable of sucking in tangible or intangible objects, though it cannot suck in objects bigger in size than it. The vortex looks somewhat like Kamui, spinning rapidly to suck in objects. The size of this vortex varies, and so does the distance in which it can suck in objects from. If within range, the object would be sucked rapidly into the vortex at insane speeds, leaving almost no time to react. However, unlike Kamui, this technique has an exit. Depending on where the vortex ends, as in the tip of it, the other end, the object sucked in will reappear and continue as if nothing happened to it. In other words, any object sucked into it enters from one side, and exits from the other side, completely untouched and continues normally, as it would have if it did not get sucked into the vortex.
The vortex has different sizes, and each size varies on the suction, and what can be sucked in. The vortex at its smallest size is around the size of a pinky finger, and can only suck in objects as small or smaller. It can suck in objects within five inches of it. The vortex can also be created in a medium size, being the size of a person, able to suck in objects as big or smaller. It can suck objects within five feet of it. The maximum size of a vortex, the size of a one storey building, can suck in objects as big or smaller within five meters. The person under this genjutsu, will think that they are seeing everything normally, and may not notice what is actually happening.

The user claps both of their hands together channeling lightning chakra into both his hands, he then slowly brings them apart and electricity is seen crackling in the space between his palms. He then releases his lightning chakra and molds it into a cube, about the size of a regular rubix cube. The user then pushes this cube towards his opponent, the user keeps his palms flat facing the cube as it flies towards the opponent and as it travels through the air it grows in size due to the user still feeding it lightning chakra until it becomes a certain size and discharges all of the lightning causing the explosion. This cube moves very fast through the air and is constantly growing in size creating a defense for the user if used properly but when it comes into contact with any obstruction like for example a wind jutsu of the same rank will explode completely enveloping the surrounding area.

Note: The explosion covers a short range area so if it is used in short range the user will be caught in the explosion.

Note: If it is used at long range by the time it reaches Mid range too much lightning chakra will have been put into it and so it will discharge the lightning creating the explosion.

Note: Must be used at Mid range if you want this jutsu to have the proper effect

Note: Can only use B-Rank and below Lightning jutsu for the three turns after it's used

Note: Can only be used 3 times per battle

Note: An F-Rank Wind jutsu will completely destroy it and prevent the explosion

Description: This is a highly advanced genjutsu that is cast on two shinobi, one of which being the caster himself/herself. With this illusion, both the opponent and the user will appear to be violently constricted by tight metal wire. Description: The user will preform three quick hand seals and stomp on the ground. This causes a large boulder sized chunk of rock to pop out of the ground behind them up into the air overhead. They then jump in the air grabbing the boulder with both hands while fusing the rock with fire chakra causing it to form red glowing cracks that cover the surface. Once done they toss the boulder down towards the target at high speeds where it explodes on contact sending volleyball sized rocks/fire flying out to short range, making it difficult to dodge. The explosion can be triggered by the user early with a single hand seal causing the same effect.
-Can be used twice per battle.
-No fire or earth in the same turn.

Description: Long ago Jack Sparrow discovered a compass that was created, during the time of the sage of six paths, where the compass already had its own chakra signature, but dormant until it gets infused with the users chakra before it gets activated. The compass has a passive and main ability, the passive ability is its sensing like ability, where it can sense other peoples chakra around it and will point to the different chakras through the use of the needle within the compass. When pinpointing any opponent around you on the battlefield, the compass is only able to point around you, it is restricted to detecting the opponent around you but not beneath or above you. The main ability is activated by the users chakra inserted into the compass, when this happens, the compass needle will spin rapidly and then by combining its own and the user’s chakra it will burst out with chakra affecting both the user and the opponent at the same time. Though the user will know what is happening. It will latch onto anyone in the battlefield as if it's like a genjutsu however the chakra doesn't induce genjutsu. It only affects the physical limitations of all the members on the battlefield. The sense's which tells the motor skills of any person within the battlefield gets switched. For example if a person wants to punch with their left fist, the right fist will be used. If the person wants to walk forward, they will walk backwards. It only affects the physical motor skills and when using jutsu's it has no effect, the only affect it has on jutsu is when you use hand seals, let’s say you’re performing the Tiger – Boar – Ram hand seals you actually make the Ram – Boar – Tiger hand seals.
Restrictions:
- Only usable by Gutsy Jiraiya
- Indestructible
- Passive ability is active at all times
- Passive ability will be ineffective when using the main ability
- Main ability needs activation
- Can be activated twice per battle

Description and Background: The Squid are cephalopods of the order Teuthida, which comprises around 300 different Squid species. Like all other cephalopods, squid have a distinct head, bilateral symmetry, a mantle, and arms. Squid, like cuttlefish, have eight arms arranged in pairs and two, usually longer, tentacles. Squid are strong swimmers and certain species can "fly" for short distances out out of the water. The Squids was discovered by Jack Sparrow when he was swallowed by a giant squid and taken down to a cave 10 kilometers deep into the ocean, where the squids reside. The user can be reversed summoned inside the cave under the ocean, where it is protected from the giant pressure and a giant air bubble has formed to protect the user. To travel to this location, the user needs to have signed the contract, because if traveling by normal means, the giant pressure from the water would kill the person before reaching his destination.

Thread opened for a new weekly cycle of submissions. It starts today, the 17th of November and ends on the 23rd of November. As always, in this cycle, you can submit 3 techniques.

I must remind members of the following:

-Name your techniques correctly and abide by the proper template, specially in chakra cost and damage points.

-Don't add useless restrictions just to try and make it seem your technique is more approvable than it is. Be logical.

-Read the first post of this thread to try and remind yourself of the rules of the thread as well as some tips to make your techniques more approvable.

-Try to read through the thread. About 75% of the techniques being submitted are very similar to techniques already done or are exactly the like. Read through this thread and the archived one to avoid making techniques that aren't liked to be approved for being similar to existing techniques.


Although the thread is still a bit backed up, I'll be opening it for a new cycle of submissions and try to keep it more or less checked. However, if by the end of this cycle its still backed up (more than 3 unchecked pages) I'll close it for a week to check and put up to date.

Description: This technique is specialised for those who have great control over their lightning chakra. This is usually used in close combat where the user will release their lightning chakra around a part of their body covering them in lightning. This is a non focussed charge like nagashi but only on parts of the body, not the entire body. Due to it being the users chakra and not that strong, it wont hurt the user, which can be quite painful if an opponent is hit by it. When someone/something is hit by this lightning created be the user, it will great a burst of lightning on impact from the user, creating some static bolts that shock and burn what hit his. Since its surrounding the users body, it increases there speed making them thrice more faster.

Note: Can stay active for 2 turns at a time
Note: Can't use earth jutsu at the same time

Description:
A very useful and uncommon wind technique. The user begins by focusing futon chakra inside of their body. The user then causes the chakra to leak from their body. The chakra surronds the user as if it was a second skin, leaving them in a 2cm thick layer of futon chakra. The purpose of this chakra is to reduce the friction, making it to where the is almost known. The user is then able to float in the air or slide on the ground. The user uses the chakra to keep control over his movement. The downside to this technique is that the user is unable to grab or hold.
Note: Last three turns max
Note: Cant use S-rank and above Fire or Wind techniques while active

Description: After carefully studying the shadow clone's ability to transfer information upon dispersal, Mathias developed a way to perform that same action while still maintaining the clone on the field. Either the user or the clone will perform the Snake → Tiger hand seals and transfer his chakra out just as if the clone has been dispersed, sending the signal of information back to the original user. If the user activates the technique, it will have a slight delay of about two more seconds because the command has to be given, then received. While on the other hand, the clone can send it directly without command by performing the previously stated hand seals.

Notes:
- Only one clone per usage
- Must be taught by Mathias

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal, the user will send out his chakra out towards his enemies or allies, successfully disrupting their flow, placing them within a genjutsu. Inside of the illusion the field would seem as if it came to a stand still as the induced targets receive images similar to a flashback. This technique is mostly used for tactical purposes, allowing the user to transfer information in the form of an illusion or even describe a story, reducing the chances of said information being leaked in the process.

Notes:
- The illusion will last the entire turn unless dispersed
- Must be taught by Mathias

Description: After grabbing a hold of a bow, the user will place it out in front of him, preparing himself to shoot. If the target catches a glimpse of this physical action, he/she will placed inside of an illusion. Inside of the illusion, he/she will see the user maintain his bow as he reaches for an arrow and prepares to release it, pulling back on the string. As the arrow is ready to be released, a demonic aura will start manifesting itself in the form of the enemy's greatest fear around the arrow, physically paralyzing him/her. In reality, the user has already released the arrow towards his desired location or attacked in another way.

Notes:
- Must wait one turn before re-using
- Can be used four times per battle
- Must be taught by Mathias

X-Declined-X Remove that part about the greatest fear and add something else that doens't suggest that the technique would vary from person to person.

The two Fossa would then proceed to reinforce their teeth and claws with chakra and bite and claw the enemy. The enemy would not see them, because of the gigantic circle of Fossa running around him.
