Note: This is a response thread to '

I will probably get hated for saying this, but I think that the best sensei is Madara Uchiha. Yes, Madara was the sensei of Obito for those of you who didn't know and as a matter of fact I have a number of reasons for why I think this.
Madara is the Leader of the Uchiha Clan and a powerful, talented and renowned shinobi as you all may know. He is seen to have a serious, dark and stern personality towards the ninja world and his views to change it being alike to this unique personality of his. He was seen as being an independant ninja rivalling with another powerful clan's leader by the name of Hashirama Senju of the Senju Clan. Madara was understood to have battled to death with him in the past but afterwards it was shown that he somehow survived the intense magnitude of the fight and in turn awoke the Rinnegan, the most powerful dojutsu.
Madara Uchiha acquainted himself with Obito Uchiha after Obito became involved in a horrific accident that almost ended his life until Madara treated his injuries and technically saved him from death. From then, he was unofficially considered to be Obito's sensei by most Naruto fans. So he aided Obito with Hashirama cells which not only recovered his health from the injuries and pain that was inflicted on him but also improved his skills and abilities when it came to battles. We also know that when Madara met Obito he appeared to be well older than Jiraiya when he met Naruto, so I assume Madara was in his 80s-90s when he met Obito. Madara only met him once and Obito became a mighty shinobi.
When Jiraiya was teaching Naruto, he spent alot of time training and socializing with him and it was this that initially developed Naruto's bond with him as well as the jokes and laughs and other moments, don't think I'm entirely excluding them. They were also important factors which were present in Naruto and Jiraiya's relationship. However, between Jiraiya and Madara, the factors which differentiate them are their age; how old they were when they taught their students and for how long did they spend teaching their students? Another factor is their abilities and powers; who was more powerful and skillful as a ninja? Who was more illustrious and more feared in the ninja world?
To conlude, I firmly believe that Madara was the best sensei when he met Obito. Both Madara and Obito were in a immobile state. Madara himself was living due to the Gedo Mazo which was nourishing him with chakra, he caused Obito to temporarily move with the help of his Zetsu creations who also helped him with his rehabilitation. He successfuly enlightened Obito about the current situation of the world and intrigued him about the solution to the problems of the world with just a few words. It seemed as though Madara knew that Obito would hastly and imprudently try to escape in order to save his friends, so he set Zetsu to attach himself to Obito and then a genjutsu began to work on Obito in an attempt to show him what a cruel world is out there and then Obito would experience pain and suffering in order to eventually return to Madara convinced, in search of power and advice on how to create a peaceful world, a world of winners and happiness.
With merely all of these factors expressed by Madara, Obito gradually became one of the most powerful shinobi and the next Madara. Sure he may have lied and used the name Madara Uchiha, but in essence he was very similar to him in ways more than one. No sensei would've made such an impressive and effective result in a short time, in old age, with mere words, a simple genjutsu and artificial assistants. This feat was accomplished by none other than Madara Uchiha.
