Madara is not a good sensei, Being a good sensei isn't about making your ninja powerfull.

Madara is a pathetic excuse for a sensei he manipulated Obito to fulfill his own selfish twisted desires, please tell me how that makes him a good sensei?

Jiriaya is the best Sensei in the manga in my person opinion, Not only did he teach his student powerful jutsu although he taught them morals and respect, he taught them to do the right things. Always tried to make them see the best in thing's, that is a true sensei.

Jiriaya personally trained naruto and made him the ninja he is today, the saviour of the Naruto Universe i'll have you know

A sensei he someone who will always protect you and never use you to fulfill his own person selfish needs.

Masada was extremely powerful and was known as the most feared man of his time. But he wasn't a good sensei at all. In the words of Jackie Chan from the movie "Karate Kid", "there's no such thing as bad student, only bad teacher". Madara might be extremely powerful and able to teach student's to become full-fledged shinobi ready for the world, but Madara only taught Obito techniques and ideologies for his own future accomplishments. Madara couldn't care a less if Obito dies right now in the manga, he's been revived and able to continue his plans on his own now. Madara has his own beliefs as a shinobi, which have been twisted by his hatred over the Senju clan and the rest of the world in general, but his motives are pure evil. Infinite Tsukuyomi on the whole planet is an infinite massive lie to the entire world. That's no way to live.

"Best sensei" isn't measured on how powerful the techniques the sensei teaches are or even how much the sensei teaches to their student. A true sensei is someone who takes on a student, who in the sensei's eyes, deserves the right to be taught and have life lessons, (techniques), and ideologies passed on to them. The point for a sensei to pick his student's carefully is to make sure the student they pick is someone who can maturely absorb the sensei's teachings and carry it on throughout time. To "pass on their will" in a sense.

As long as the sensei has these features, their considered "best sensei's" in my book.

madara or tsunade are the best senseis so far. obito went from a 2 tomoe brat to the strongest shinobi in the world. sakura went from useless to the 4th best medical ninja

Madara taught Nagato about pain and suffering. Lucky for Madara, Nagato experienced this and you're right Jiraiya also taught Nagato. But in the end, it was realized that Madara's word came out to be more convenient and believable for Nagato than Jiraiya's. This lead Nagato to form 'Pein' and his comrade, Konan agreed with him after experiencing sorrow herself by seeing Yahiko die in front of her who was also her best friend.

I don't consider Obito to be evil because in the end he just wants peace and happiness like Naruto and the rest of the allied shinobi forces. But he just has a different way of going about it, remember Danzo and Itachi loved Konoha more than they loved themselves, which is why they had different ways about protecting Konoha and sacrificed themselves for the sake of the village.

I would have to disagree. While I will give you that Obito is currently until he is beat (and he will be) the toughest living character just having one bad ass student does not make you the best sensei.

Consider this three of arguably the top 15 characters have come from one sensei. Jaraiya trained Minato, Nagato and Naruto. Regardless of how badass Obito is he still lost to Minato previously and we really do not know what would happen if Minato was still around to fight. What we do know is that Obito would not simply be able to spam his S/T tech to avoid being hit.

So unless Madara can claim more than just one top 15 character then you cannot put him as one of the best sensei.

Your right, having one student does not make you the greatest sensei. But you know what they say, quality over quantity. Obito was the only proper student of Madara and he became one of the greatest characters because of him. He is on the verge of controlling the world, which is obviously not an easy task. Minato sacrificed himself and died because of Obito, how can you say he lost to him? Sure it was technically the Kyubi, but who was controlling the Kyubi? Obito Uchiha. In reality, Minato is dead, Obito is still alive

That doesn't matter. Madara was strong enough to acquire Hashirama cells but the important thing is, he stayed alive to teach Obito about the reality of the world and a bunch of other things which eventually lead Obito to become an Icon of the Uchiha Clan, the one of the two most powerful clans. About your statement, that's just like saying "Jiraiya remained alive to teach Naruto because of his toads?"

Madara as wise old man, wanted to teach Obito about his future involving the big world which Obito was going to enter since he was a child and Obito chose to hear Madara out since he saved his life. Madara DID pass on his ideologies, his techniques and feelings to Obito which made him become a feared, illustrious ninja. The difference between Madara and Jiraiya in this case, is their will. Jiraiya pretty much follows the Senju's 'Will of Fire' even though he's not a Senju while Madara follows the 'Curse of Hatred'. And it's also about the ways that they went about in order to pass their ideologies, feelings and abilities on.
