It really starts annoy me that people keep crying plot holes, because Kakshi hasn't gone blind yet... I can understand if you think he has used it way too much in the war, but that has nothing to do with blindness.
I will make this as short as possible. Here we see the scene after Sasuke went blind:
Obito clearly says that it is because, he has used Susano way too much.
This alone is enough evidence to say that Susano has a much worse impact on the sharingan, thus leading to blindness U_U
Now I shouldn't actually need to argue more for it, so if this is enough for you, feel free to stop reading. Anyway, consider Sasukes use of Amaterasu. It is safe to say he has perfected the use of Amaterasu, and that he has used it a lot more than Kakashi has used Kamui. But this isn't the main reason for him going blind so soon. It's susano as stated above. So Kakashi should still be able to use Kamui a lot more...
A good way to argue for this, is quite simple. He only uses Amaterasu with one eye. So overall it would be safe to even assume that it has no, or very little impact on his overall vision - whatsoever. The reason I say this, is that obviously both of Sasukes eyes were going blind due to the use of Susano. Here is a few of the sentences about Susano from the 3rd databook:
It clearly says that you need both dojutsu to use Susano. Anyway this isn't what I want to discuss. Susanoo takes even more power than either of the 2 dojutsu. Perhaps they lead to blindness as well, but a lot slower. Also if you only get blind on one eye there is no where in the manga that it states that the user cannot use dojutsu with the "blind" eye. It's still not like Izanagi, it doesn't seal the eye away. So being blind on eye wouldn't really stop Kakashi from using Kamui...
But as I said, he shouldn't even be half way to blindness yet, besides Kakashi is good at chakra distribution, as well as chakra control. It's safe to say that the better, you are at this, it will also affect the eye. Since you concentrate a lot of chakra to the eye, which is probably what eventually leads to blindness. So I'd say he is nowhere near a state of blindness. Same goes for Obito.. U_U

The two doujutsu: "Amaterasu" and its ability to show "Things of substance and light", and "Tsukiyomi" and its ability to show "Things of without substance and darkness" are only usable when the user is able to use Mangekyou Sharingan, or heaven's eyes, eyes that can see the origin of why everything is as the way it is.
