1. Kunai's and shurikens etc... from the scroll, the clone would have been cut and sliced from all angels aiming upwards.

1. I would think, you would use two hands as it would be just way to heavy to use one hand.
2. The bigger the size of the hammer, so much more damage to the person getting hit with it!
