Stmurda, right now Naruto is out of control. At his level, even after accomplishing a Mastery of Natural Energy, he cannot control the Nine-Tailed Fox's chakra alone..

..He does not have the...necessary tool.

The Kyuubi resents Naruto for being his restriction, the Kyuubi would never cooperate with Naruto, he only wishes to control Naruto to the fullest extent to be able to manifest himself outside of Naruto's body and be free once more. This however, would conclude with Naruto's death if he is unable to control the chakra at its fullest extent.

This 61 is making statements that common sense would naturally deduct anyway.

Statement 1: Everyone is indecisive about whether Hinata is dead. This guy could be presuming she's dead.

Statement 2: Madara vs Naruto battle hasn't happened yet. Anything could happen. Saying they're going to move one death from the MvN battle to the NvP battle means nothing to us until we've seen both battles.

Statement 3: Either tsunade or jaraiya has already stated that Minato intended for Naruto to have the key to the seal, which it's safe to presume would give naruto control over the Fox. Presumably this is the tool 61 is talking about.

If you look at his statements, and go over what you know of the manga, he doesn't tell much that we don't know already. His statements are vague and could apply to anything. Such is the way of fortunetellers. They sound like they tell the future but really they are just making statements that you can interpret in a million different ways.
