This isn't a plot hole but the way Kishimoto created Madara. He was a legend who struck fear in the hearts of men and women. He was playing with them, and the second he got serious, Tsunade was cut in half along with her privates. She didn't break the sussano on her own as strict mentioned it. At least get your facts straight.

Ain't bullshit at all. There are several plot holes. Madara was holding A in Susanoos hand in order to paralyze him with one of his Genjutsu. After doing this, he let Raikage A drop in order to smash him with Susanoos sword; but why not keep A holding in Susanoos hand in order to just squish him as Sasuke did it to Danzo? Why not just slaughtering Tsunade with Susanoos swords but piercing her instead of it, if one hit of Susanoo can indeed smash a person into pieces? Why punching Mei Terumi only away with Susanoos fist instead of crushing her by using an other angle for the punch, just like against Danzo. Just forget it, Tsunade is nothing compared to an Uchiha, just like the five Kages were nothing before Madara. And I say this as a completely neutral debater.

Tsunade is fodder for any of those Shinobi. Itachi won't even need the Mangekyou Sharingan. It's obvious. As if Tsuande would stand the slightest chance against the complete Susanoo. The full skeleton of Susanoo would reduce her to dust like Danzo.
