How much slug princess Tsunade can do against Doujutsu user :)

Itachi, Sasuke, Nagato, Obito, Madara. The high Doujutsu user. how much tsunade can do against them? i do not say that she beats them in 1 vs. 1 i do not want do look like a fan too much, but i see tsunade has potential after I saw chattes thread itachi vs. tsunade .

tsunade has the best medical skills and a regeneration on hashiramas level she can destroy susanoo with her raw strength and the ground even with a finger. she tanked susanoos attacks and katsuyu can tank even chou shinra tensei and chibaku tensei (tsunade can go inside katsuyu). katsuyu can not be beaten physically, she is a healer and can produce acid.

to be fair she stands good chances against itachi and sasuke and is not completely helpless against nagato .

Tsunade has no counter for Amaterasu and Kamui IMO. Going by feats she has decent chance surviving Madara than other dojutsu users

Tsunade is extremely slow to counter Sasuke's Amatersu, arrows, Sussano grab - he did it with Kabuto's snakes - Fire Jutsus, Obito's lightening fast Kamui, and Madara's PS and the related techniques. She would get defeated against all these.

Itachi is very skilled with his genjutsu, I can't see her escaping his tsukiyomi as only a true Uchiha can break out of it, no one else, and Magato's 7 paths will be too much for one single opponent. It's a one-sided match on all fronts.

She's hella strong, but I think she loses to most of these guys since they all got some techs that she doesn't have a counter for:
Itachi, Sasuke: Amaterasu, she may have healing abilities but since these flames burn until their target is burned to crisp, they'll just keep burning until she's out of chakra, or seven days pass. She hasn't shown any ways to dodge it, and in Sasuke's case, he can use a similar strategy as he did against A, cover himself in flames to counter her attacks.
Nagato: Katsyuu may help Tsunade a lot against his attacks but all of Tsunade's attacks require physical touch, so human path should take care of it, and Shinra Tensei can take care of the acid
Obito: Similar to Nagato, physical attacks won't do much good against him. He has his Kamui abilities to counter all her attacks, and frankly, she doesn't stand a chance against the Gedo Mazo.
Madara: He has all of Nagato's techniques so he can counter them in the same way Nagato does, Human Path and Deva Path, +Tsunade probably can't handle his meteor jutsu.

I like Tsunade, I really do. She's in my top 5 favourite characters. However, it's abundantly clear that any one of those dojutsu users would destroy her.

Itachi and Sasuke win mid-high diff.

Nagato wins mid-diff. (only if he's healthy).

Madara wins low diff.

Obito also wins low diff.

Tsunade is fodder for any of those Shinobi. Itachi won't even need the Mangekyou Sharingan. It's obvious. As if Tsuande would stand the slightest chance against the complete Susanoo. The full skeleton of Susanoo would reduce her to dust like Danzo.

rofl, she damaged the ribcage of Susanoo and destroyed it in the end by penetrating it together with Raikage A. We know that Madara just played with them, he pierced Tsunade stomach with two of Susanoos sword but could just cut her body in half with one hit of its hand edge. Sasuke transformed Danzo into a fontain of blood by just closing Susanoos hand. This fight was full of plot holes; he could reduce them to dust in on minute with his Susanoo clones if he had the desire.
