i think that the two sensei working on training session will make things go faster since they will be able to use each other's bio. when one is not able to check it the other can by continuing where the other left off. spend less time training and more time having fun.
also an idea from general teno was incorperated into training. commence training in the form of a battle letting the student use jutsu up to the rank they can access. it they use the technique wrong then they will teach them how to correctly execute that jutsu and they commence with the battle. therefore giving him battle training and proper jutsu training at the same time. if they do well they will successfully pass their training session.

I didn't really read, but kind of glace and notice some good stuff. What really pick my interest was the RP Event, something similar to what Zero was talking about. I really want to try it out.
What I also want to know, is why are there senseis working their arses off with training, on the other hand, there are some who aren't doing anything at all saying they are inactive or leaving NB...
I think that's one of the roots of our problems, some sensei's take so many students and work hard because the surpluss amount of students can't find any other sensei to train them, and therefore, more active senseis have to bear more students.
I say we get more senseis, and get rid of those who say they're inactive or leaving RP.
I like the general idea behind what you suggest, but the main problem is (and will always be the main problem on NarutoBase) that we have an extremely large amount of people who RP compared to other sites. It will always meet resistance and implementing these ideas would be awesome, but it would make a whole lot of hassle.
I do however in particular like the ninja world wide (or whatever you called it) RP events. The only problem here again is having people who complain about everything ruin the mood yet again, and I'm pretty sure I don't need to call out names or threads to make my point here.

Battles/Stories must happen near or in the parameters of location of the Event.
Only people mentioned in the event can take part, for-example, if the event says it is happening in Hidden Leaf, only Role-players that are in Konoha can take part. An event might say Ninja World Wide, which means ALL RPiers in the ninja world are allowed to take part.
You can only use approved role-play biography or approved NPC biography in the events.
All civilians and characters beside your character are only controlled by the event moderators.
Battles/Stories when completed must be submitted for the grading to keep track of story line.
RP Timeline can only be updated by chosen staff members.
Only selected people can operate/create an NPC biography.
Boss NPC's can be controlled by more than one Role-Player.
Arguments during the story line or battle, may lead to disqualification of the individual from the entire event.
All battles are graded based on the quality of battle and not the victory.
With each quality battle one's fame increases within RP and he/she is able to take control of one of the Boss NPC's if two or more Moderators allow.

Second, are non-playable characters only used by role-players assigned by moderators. It is called a Boss NPC.
A minion NPC is under direct command of the boss NPC, they are in such a contract that a boss NPC can demand minion's life at any moment of the story.
You are NOT allowed to create an NPC biography, either minion or boss. NPC biographies are only created by staff and assigned to the role-players.
One minion biography can be controlled by only one role-player.
A minion biography is mainly only one biography, used as different person's throughout the RP. For-example; A white zetsu clone biography can be used by person A and person B, but it will be two different zetsu clones, since their stats/description is the same both role-players share the same bio. This DOES NOT means that person A and person B control the same Zetsu, it means they have two different clone with same similar biography.
If you are in-charge of controlling the NPC's you cannot control you own character, you have to chose either NPC or your own character.
Each Boss NPC can control/assign the maximum of 20 Minion NPC's.
A Boss NPC can be controlled by two different Role-Players to keep the activity at maximum. Whoever is able to reply first and has the permission to control that Boss NPC may do so.
Boss NPC MUST have an intent for all their actions and must derive the event accordingly.
2 Boss NPCs are allowed to face each other in the battle field, they are not required to be on the same side in the story.
