In this case, chouji's punch is super massive and would cause the chakra of the rotation to collapse on itself, breaking it and hurting the user within it.

Where has chouji ever flown in BM?
I thought Chouji gains wings in BM which can be used for flight, no?

So its safe to say Choji is the second strongest in K11? Not including Naruto.

It was never established. Ive already stated that Neji could use his speed to climb up chouji, hitting his points along the way.

You need to take a deeper look on the size difference, then rethink your solution to how Neji defeats Choji.

Bcause chouji uses chakra to grow, plugging up the tenketsu will undo the actual jutsu itself for each area affected, meaning that chouji will get smaller with each hit.

I'd say Choji now. His feats during the battle on the beach was really unparalleled by anything Neji has done in this series. Choji completely turned the tide of the battle and helped bring down many high level shinobi.

Chojis chakra points are around the size of Nejis whole body, it will probably take around 8 Trigrams 64 Palms to just block one of them. All while be on Chojis body, giving him enough time to swipe Neji off of him.

Very true. Hence why i'd place him at second best in K11, but the guy above you begs to differ.

I dont think that the chakra coils grow like the rest of his body does. Even if it did, he can use vacuum palm to do it instead considering its a very powerful blast of chakra.

Neji happens to be very underrated on this forum because he uses mostly taijutsu, which in itself is also very underrated in comparison to ninjutsu and genjutsu. As a gentle fist user, with the second fastest handspeeds in the manga, he can shut down anyones chakra points, leaving them unable to use jutsu and restricting their movement. His rotation is also another underrated jutsu that happens to be one of the strongest absolute defenses in the manga because of the way it works. He can even attack from a distance with his vacuum palm.

Though his rotation will be ineffective against this type of opponent, he is still much faster than chouji and could use his speed to his advantage.

Also, the setting where chouji starts in BM is what really makes a difference in this battle, because if he didnt, Neji could use his superior speed and taijutsu to shut down his chakra before he as a chance to use his multisize jutsu.

It has to. Neji is targeting to stop the chakra pathway system, which is connected to vital organs. When he is in the expansion form, his skeletal system, organs, etc., has to grow with him, otherwise how would he be able to operate.

It is also very unlikely that Neji is even able to climb on Choji, considering he can jump/fly over mountains. Even if he manages to reach his foot, and proceeds to climb up towards his upper torso, it only takes one sweep of chojis hand to knock Neji off.

Again, Chojis enormous size comes into play here. A vacuum palm from such a far distance isn't going to do much against Choji.

Neji speed still fails in comparison to Chojis strength and power. The force of his stomp will most likely blow Neji away.

That is true, but really how long does it take for Choji to transition into BM or use his expansion jutsu... a few seconds a best. Unless the fight starts at a few feet away (Unlike every fight we have seen in Naruto) that isn't happening.

Not that I'm giving up this debate here, but if all else fails, Neji could just simply outlast him by dodging his attacks with his superior speed. It takes a hefty amount of chakra to use and maintain his large form so he will eventually run out before Neji does.

Choji is a rather fluffy person, so I think if neji attempted gentle fist it would reflect off and become a mere tickle.

Choji Medium/high diff.
