Do you think that Sasuke has surpassed Itachi?

In my opinion, Sasuke has not surpassed Itachi. I am not taking this from who eyes are better but from overall experience. Itachi is more experienced than Sasuke is, therefor thinks on his feet. This opinion is if we do not add their sharigan into the mix.

Sasuke will never surpass Itachi, he has better eyez and more raw power overall, but Itachi is the total package, he's as intelligent as he is deadly, Sasuke will never compare to the beast that is Itachi, Tsukiyomi is nearly the most powerful thing behind madara for even most opponents of kage level, and nothing sasuke has can penetrate itachi's Susanoo, with yata, and totsuka is even more of a 1 hit kill than even tsukiyomi or amaterasu.

Hell, Sasuke can't even tie with Itachi in my eyes.

Your post is just full of contradictions. When Sasuke's sussano is better at EMS level and as you said he has more raw power.

what do you mean? Sasuke has more powerful ocular attacks than itachi, but he can't use them as effectively, it's the simple fact that itachi can get more done with his MS than Sasuke can with his EMS because of his intelligence and overall better abilities, and tbh the only clear advantage sasuke has is the benefit of never going blind, but nothing he has shown has me thinking he can beat itachi, nothing at all.

The problem here is people are treating the Naruto manga like Dragonball Z. It doesn't work that way.

Sasuke has surpassed Itachi in certain respects, but not in others. Itachi is smarter, is like... half a step faster than Sasuke, and is superior in Genjutsu. Sasuke however has superior stamina, greater sheer power, and a more varied/destructive jutsu repertiore.

And admittedly, if they both fought, neither holding back... if Susanoo can't be destroyed by the Totsuka, I give Sasuke the victory 6 times out of 10.

But Sasuke has trouble with ppl who can't even look Itachi in the face, even amongst themselves, Itachi has the better defense, and totsuka is a guaranteed 1 shot if it lands, not even amaterasu is as deadly

Like with whom? Guys like Bee, A or Danzo? Itachi also wouldnt be able to one shot them. They are Kage level shinobis, not some trashes.

What? Sasuke is exceptionally skilled at using Amatersu, much more so than Itachi. How can he do more? The only point where he surpasses with his MS is genjutsu, Tsukiyomi and as the manga has proved, his genjutsu has surpassed the normal right MS technique. By this point, it doesn't mean Sasuke's tsukiyomi is weak, it's just not at Itachi's level. And let's not forget that Tsukiyomi will be useless against an Uchiha to begin with. So from both sides, you can't even bring genjutsu into debate.

The only point where I see Itachi's superiority is Yata Mirror. Totsuka blade seals object. How is it sealing a complete Sussano (EMS sussano) along with Sasuke? Is there any Manga proof to back this up?

And on top of that, when Itachi made Kabuto release the Edo Tensei Jutsu, Sasuke also observed the hand seals. Sasuke has been known to do reverse jutsu so it wont surprise me if he knows how to use Edo Tensei.

But, with Sasuke's possibility of walking the "good guy" path once more, I cant see him using Edo Tensei as it requires a human sacrifice.

With Sasuke having Itachi's eye and learning all Itachi's jutsu through listening, Sasuke may already surpassed Itachi.
