In his interveiw, Kishi said Kakashi would have a 'Dark Blue' event. Normally, death is seen as balck, but, Kakashi's freinds, and family, are all dead. As a result, the event could be slightly bluer (Sentimental), as Kakashi is reunited with his old freinds, and family, hence the scene with his father.

Tsunade refused to comment on his condition, and Naruto could not sence his chakra. He also said he'd die if he used the MS.

You can also 'steal' someone's life, hence the caption on the front of one of the recent issues, Kishi wouldn't want to repeat 'Murder' after all.

That is why I belive he is dead.

Sorry for the off-topicness, but, I felt like I needed to say that, in resonce to Zurita's point.

In the interview Kishimoto gave which included the Pein vs. Naruto fight "insite" on deaths on Naruto's team, some critically wounded,

Kakashi's team vs. Tobi/Madara....there will be deaths on Kakashi's team.

Kakashi hasn't fought against Madara, and it's supposedly coming AFTER the Naruto v. Pein fight...which was also categorized as a "Battle of the Beasts" (and it was up to the point the beasts were incapacitated).

The 6 Tailed Naruto form, its happening, Kishi stated in the same interview that: soon after the new year, Naruto will release the Kyuubi and it will be a dreadful sight to see.

I doubt that. Pain was able to defeat Jiraiya because he had got an element of surprise. Jiraiya didn't expect to find Nagato there. Six people with rinnegan at that. first only three came out. Jiraiya defeated them . When he tried to retreat, six more came( including the three he had just killed) out and all that jazz...

With Itachi Jiraiya was more confident; remember? I don't think that a sanin of Jiraiya's experience in combat ( The third secret world war) would over estimate himself to that degree.

I don't think Itachi was much inclined to fight with Jiraiya because what he said about a draw or worse was the truth. He didn't want to harm Konoha but he didn't think much about individuals.

Don't get me wrong. I like Itachi very much. Still, Asuma and Kurenai both would have been toast if Kakshi hadn't intervened. Kakashi would have been dead if Tsunade would have not been there. These casualitites were just buisness for him.

^^i've stated the same thing.. i think the use of ppls powers confirm one thing in naruto...
sometimes u win and sometimes u dont....
i remember when itachi told kisame that they would die if they faced jiriya...
but then when jiriya thought he had them trapped and itachi and kisame escpaed...
he had no clue how or wat technique he used... so with that bein said...
would jiriya been ready for that ? i dont htink he would be... proly woulsnt have got caught
but still it makes u wonder would he.... i think jiriya underestimated itachi...

Exactly that is the perfect example. I totally agree. I said this once before but Konohomaru killed a pein body.. That is by far the most perfect example of you lose some and you win some.

Susanoo has amazing weapons but, summoning drains the life energy. Mangekyu sharingan leads to blindness. He was tired after escaping toads belly. Itachi could have just given Jiraiaya the same treatment as Kakashi, but he chose to leave- and he had to use something he would have prefered not to, because of its side effects. Most of all Itachi himself said that he couldn't defeat Jiraiya.

Jiraiya's sage mode saved him form harm and he had other jutsus' as well. He was able to fight Rinnegan which is supposed to be most powerful technique of the three. Nagato commented that if Jiraiya could guess his secret in time , he could defeat him- remember Nagato was on his home turf.

Jiraiya still sealed those black flames, whether he knew what it was or not...

Both, Itachi and Jiraiya were not totally familiar with other ones capabilities and Itachi being an strategist, didn't want a full fledged fight. As long as , he was not ready to take the risk and go all out, Jiraiya must have had a chance.

Other than that, in Naruto verse anybody can kill a powerful enemy if the circumstances suit them and they can figure out the weakness of the enemy. Shikamaru proved too much for Hidan. Hinata was able to take out the magnet guy. we never know. I am rambling now.... more spoiler's anyone?

I never cry EVER!! but if hinata is dead i swear i will only read bleach and kenichi and use naruto for toiletpaper! But maybe narutohina is just beginning now.... I can live with that.. Maybe the skull on his back is "that jutsu" and some short of seal which lets him in control somehow... or/and hinata waking up to comfort him to go out of kyubi mode after he has torn pain into pieces.

I would have to agree if Hinata is dead they are killing to many good characters to quick. Kishi better bring in the newer younger characters that are even better, or come up with a really good plot development

simple math

Naruto + 4 tails = almost killed orochimaru (he could have killed him unless yamato didnt stop him)
Naruto + 6 tails + emotionally drugged by hinata.... = ................

Serisouly now.. If i was pein.. i would take a huge diaper, sit in it and cry waiting for the end while i was swiming inside my crap. That's all.

But in the context of the manga (I said manga and not anime) how important is Hinata as a character?

In my opinion Hinata is not one of the main characters and so her death won?t really have that great of an impact on the plot.

Now if Kishi really kills her it will be very amusing to see how the animators deal with and explain her death.

whatever u said is write, but kishi is also watching the anime as well. so he might made hinata more important character by bringing her into the middle of fight, as we had a discussin how shonen jump and other has thier influence on the kishi story, may be he is made to do this.

I am not a shipper of any particular pairing. As far as I'm concerned, Sakura may go and marry Kiba or remain a spinster or Hinata do the same.

Still Hinata is still an important character because her personality was greatly affected by Naruto. She was too timid and weak. She improved a lot because Naruto inspired him.(Maybe not as much as many of us have liked her to- but don't expect miracle everytime).

While it is very apparant that she is in love with Naruto, the reason of her attraction, early on, was the similarity between the two. Both were not getting much respect or recognition from people around them. She saw him never giving up and tried to do the same. She fell in love because of his qualities , she was first one to notice.(Natruto's determination and will to fight against all odds) Even before Iruka.

It will be sad death and meaningless if she doesn't get to survive at this stage and die under such circumstances. She should not be used as canon fodder.

Off course, sometimes real life can be as such- doesn't mean that it doesn't disappoint us.

True. I have to agree with you.
It would normal if he were inspired by the anime or the audience?s response to the characters or even have a slight push from the editors.

Like he said in interview that he never expected Kisame to get such a positive response from the public. So is true that he then said that he would definetely expand on that character.

I agree with everything you said.
But that only makes sense if we are talking about the anime.
In the manga their relation, inspiration, romance and bond is not portrayed or emphasized the same way as it is in the anime.
Correct me if I am wrong, but I don?t recall a lot of Naruto - Hinata moment sharing in the manga.

Anyways...I agree with Hinata marrying whoever...even Konohamaru?s friend with the glasses and disgusting running nose.

I couldnt have said it better, and I hope Hinata lives and besides alot fo the characters that could easily have died are still alive heh so I wouldnt count Hinata or Kakashi out untill it clearly says so.
