ok 2 of my thoughts:

1.Maybe it is not kyuubi`s bones, it can be some other animal pain threw on naruto and it didnt get any contact with naruto because the mighty power of kyuubi destroied it...(a little dumb but could be)

2.Maybe pein is sucking kyuubi from naruto so the bones apeared first(even dumber)

3.O and yeah maybe kyuubi is getting out of naruto...dont know why mybe sage chakra is pushing him out naruto`s body,or somethin like that....!!

I kinda like that idea. The pic looks very real to me. 6 tails is an excellent and mostly unexpected twist at this point. I hope it is like bone armor for the kyub. In my opinion shinra tensei should have almost no affect on 6 tailed naruto. I just hope something stupid doesn't happen to suppress the fox chakra ( like ****** or Madara showing up)

Could naruto use jutsu while in 6 tail fox mode? Like summon clones/ make new clones?
