We cant really confirm this because a normal uchiha hasnt been seen fighting a normal hyuga. Neji is also not a normal hyuga or byukugan user, so he cannot be included in any arguments. so basically no one can have a valid argument in this situation. Like using the good old A>B, B>C, so A>C argument since that is an invalid proof

Without the byakugan they can't use the gentle fist. Without the sharingan fireballs and any other jutsu can still be used.

byakugan is ALOT better than 3 tomoe sharingan.....EVEN KAKASHI who seems to already have achieved MS by his teenage years seemed to praise byakugan as a better eye, BEFORE MS WAS EVEN INTRODUCED (first byakugan appareance).

but then comes...... MS which is ALOT better than Byakugan.... so yes, a normal/average byakugan user may be better than a Average Sharingan user, but then comes the intelligence factor in which Itachi and Sasuke are above average...
