i personally think that anime grabs more interests than the manga for obvious reasons ofcourse......though manga has its own charm thats my personal opinion

I started with the anime, but then I fell out of interest with it altogether for a couple of years and a couple of friends would keep me updated. One day I decided I wanted to see if Tsunade was still alive, because last I left off she was in a coma, so I looked through the anime and there was nothing that decoded this, then I went back and read the manga to find out, then i've just been reading the manga ever since.
