Started with the anime and then jumped into the manga once I ran out of episodes (where gaara is captured) Now I'm strictly a manga reader, but sometimes I jump in the anime to see how they compare to the manga.

I started with the manga. I always read the manga first before I watch the anime of the serie, because that way I already know how the relationships between the characters are and what their personalities are. Makes it easier for me.

i've been reading the manga ever since i found out about it ...like at the time of shippuden starting ...also, i've watched the anime from the beginning including fillers!! don't know why people tend to skip fillers if you like naruto, then you shouldn't complain!!
