Terrain
The terrain will consist of a giant forest that contains one hundred meter tall trees which are all randomize in width, ranging from one and up to five meters in diameter and have several random branches across their trunks. Although it is a sunny day, the entire area is covered in shade due to the height of the trees and their leaves. The forest is surrounded by ten meter wide river that borders the edges of the forest and can be utilized as a water source. The ground between both you and I is covered in inter-wined, twisted and half donuts shaped trees that block most frontal attacks which are past the medium size range, unless cleared of course. The entire forest is made up of S-Rank wood release. This means that wood's weakness and strengths will apply. That being said, both contestants will need to be wary of their techniques being weakened after facing the C ranked wood. The forest has some type of magical essence that allows it to regenerate in the next turn should it be destroyed by techniques. The forest is also able to instantly regenerate damage after being "weakened" and thus, keeping its C-Rank attribute.

Already having noticed the person beyond the obstacle he ducks, placing his palms onto the ground, causing fangs of bones to erupt in a straight line towards his target(Obviously sent at your last known location.). The fangs makes their way through the wood with ease and continues.

Mathias is seen at a distance, wearing his usually customized suit as he casually pulls back his hair.
Gobi-sama, its been a while hasn't it?
As Mathias notices white spikes erupting from the ground heading his way he swiftly bites his thumb to draw blood. He then smears the blood across his summoning tattoo and summons an average sized liger which he hops on to ride. Whilst channeling chakra through its feet, the liger swiftly jumps from left to right on the nearest trees as he gains higher altitude, successfully avoiding the spikes and stopping at a branch about twenty meters from the ground. While rising upwards, Mathias reaches into his pouch and grabs four kunais, two with either hand. Upon reaching the branch and coming at a stand still, Mathias throws two kunais towards Gobi's far left and right. Without any real delay, Mathias throws the other two kunais and makes them clash off of the first set so they accurately reach Gobi, as they maneuver throughout the trees, Itachi style. Both kunais are aimed and estimated to hit Gobi's chest or abdominal area.

Upon you landing on the branch, I jump onto a nearby tree myself, and starts running up the main trunk, whilst performing a wave back and forth with my hand, in a diagonally manner. From my hand, a wave of wind is released repelling the projectiles and continues directly forward, however not directly aimed at you, but the branch's core, meaning that my wave dispatches it from the main part of the tree, thus causing it to fall and crash into the ground below.
Yosh, been quite the while.
As this happens, I once again, launch myself off from the tree I was running, and directly at you. Mid-air, on my way towards you, a giant drill of bone forms around my right arm, which I upon reaching you, plunges directly into your body(Or the liger, if it's first. <_>).

As Mathias notices a blade of wind heading his way he reaches into his pouch for a smoke bomb as he then drops it down in font of him, causing it to detonate across the branch's vicinity concealing both his and the Liger's location. Without any real delay after dropping the smoke bomb, Mathias waves the ram hand seal in reverse and transforms himself along with the Liger into a very small pale white bird that takes flight out of the smoke cloud. The bird then makes its way past all the branches and trees, maneuvering around them with ease as it easily avoids the wind blade and arcs its way in a circular motion from the right around Gobi.
(Konbi Henge) - Combination Transformation
Just before reaching his short range from the flank, Mathias reverts back to normal whilst utilizing his flying momentum to place his right hand on his Liger's head, maintaining his balance as he effortlessly pivots his entire wrist/hand, delivering a chakra enhanced kick with is left leg, aimed at Gobi's left rig-cage sending him flying towards the right as he then slams against a tree. Whilst delivering the kick Mathias stays very alert to any counter attacks as he is ready to up his defense within moment's notice.

Upon the smokescreen occuring I get the feeling that's something off. Especially nothing seems to be coming out of the smokecloud. As I near my destination I hear the sound of a poof, and in the corner of my eye I spot either you or your Liger. Probably both, since you're moving closer as well, and that you will be aiming for my rib-cage.
Anyways, as I spot you in the corner of my eye, wings sprout out of my back. White flashy wings, well, not really. But they're white. Nonetheless, they stop my momentum causing you to simply fly past me infront of me. However, as the wings sprout out, the drill around my arm changes it's form and covers my arm instead. So as you pass by I cause you to fly straight into my bone arm, working like Bee and A's Lariat, now just with bones.
Now being hit by that I will make you descend towards the forest bottom, cashing into the ground. And your liger will continue it's course.

With his guard already up, Mathias notices himself passing by the frontal part of Gobi's body as he had come to a sudden halt in mid-air with white wings on his back. Without much time to react, Mathias notices Gobi's bone covered arm extending out in the form of a Lariat to intercept him. Timing it correctly with his right hand pivot, Mathias brings his left knee upwards whilst driving his left elbow down, having both joints intercept the inner-side of Gobi's forearm. Whilst fluidly performing this combination, Mathias increases his defensive capabilities by covering his entire body in a steel-like quality for added endurance and self protection. Upon impact, Gobi's inner bone armor located in the forearm starts cracking and falling apart as his outer layer is left intact due to not having received the blunt force of impact. Upon collision, Gobi's arm is left stunned from the sudden blunt force of Mathias's strike, as well as Mathias' own knee and elbow, leaving all affected areas tingling with a stunning sensation.
Due to his traveling momentum, Mathias is forced to be slammed against Gobi's arm in his chest area as he then starts falling downwards towards the ground with his chest facing Gobi. Whilst both individuals make contact, the Liger pierces his claws inside of Gobi's mid section whilst biting a small chunk of flesh from his left waist area. In one fluid movement, the liger pushes backwards whilst performing a back-flip and distances itself from Gobi as it lands on a near by tree and makes its way towards the closest branch which is located about six meters away from both Mathias and Gobi, about fifth-teen meters high.
(Kōsa Hō) – Intersection method

Whilst falling downwards, Mathias swiftly performs a few front-flips that causes his falling momentum to be reduced as he then lands strongly against the ground on one knee as a small crater is created. Upon landing, Mathias takes a deep breath and looks up towards Gobi while maintaining his defense active.

Description: This technique was developed by Mathias himself after carefully studying the properties of the "Iron Skin technique, and Super Light weight technique" He came to the conclusion that if we could insert our chakra into other objects to increase or decrease its weight, why not do the same to coat them with an iron skin for added strength? The user will channel their chakra throughout a selected object, which then hardens the skin to a steel-like quality. This increases their defensive power to the utmost limits. The objects skin also becomes much darker, an almost black colour. The destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great, all purpose technique. The user can not coat an object with greater mass then of a human being, being the advanced version of Iron Skin Technique. However unlike the Iron skin technique, if the user loses physical contact with the said object, it will take a full turn for the chakra to drain out of the object and lose its iron coat. This was based on the Added weight and Light weight techniques. This technique when activated leaves the object vulnerable to lightning based techniques.

Upon feeling an unknown object making it's way into my body, instinctly, as I send you flying two bone arms erupt from said area blocking the incoming blows and moving the already located claws out of my body. After the arms erupt, they are followed by a head and whereafter the entire body of person which seems to have the same shape of yours truly.
As he erupts with my wings I start flying a bit backwards, allowing my clone to take up the brawl with the Liger. My clone, let's call him Fenris, was as he erupted moving his arms outwards thus pushing the Liger backwards and making it open at the torso area. If it was to still bite, Fenris simply moves his head to the side(The Liger would bite his shoulder/neck area instead) as he start delivering heavy punches to it's chest as he grows spikes from his hands(Wolverine style. z.z)
In the meanwhile I attend to my wounds by covering it up with some bones, whilst observing you land on the ground.
How reckless I get. Though it lies to my nature.. =_=

*Thinking to himself* A white copy of himself emerging from his bone structure? Gobi has definitely acquired some type of bone manipulation skill, I'll have to be very careful..
Magical effect...? Let's test that theory shall we?
As he says this, Mathias' Liger disperses from the pure physical pain it is going through. Using that decently big smoke cloud that is covering a wide spread area to his advantage, Mathias deactivates his defense and focuses on his fire chakra and releases a flame of fire from his left hand. The flame then takes the form of a swarm of termites that start eating up the bottom of several trees around Gobi's area. The termites start eating the bottom of the trees at Gobi's three, six, ten, and twelve o'clock making a decent S-Rank wood tree combination(C+C = B + C = A + C = S) as they all fall on top of each other, aiming to crush Gobi from above as well as the bone clone who is standing in Gobi's ten o'clock (The Liger attacked from the left side and you moved backwards a bit so my rough estimate is that the clone is stationed around your ten o'clock xD). Whilst this was happening, Mathias ran towards the nearest falling tree on Gobi's three o'clock, as he stood on its cut off base.

Despite the sound the big trees would making from starting falling apart, the smokescreen only lasts but for a mere moment or so. So my vision shouldn't be hindered much. Also, since my clone doesn't have beautiful wings such as I, after having the Liger disepersed, he crumbles away himself. Nonetheless, I dispatch my wings, and the moment the trees are about to hit, a white dome forms around my entire body, taking the blunt force. Together with the trees I crash into the ground along with the dome, which is now buried half-way into the ground with the trees ontop.
With the dark dome, an angry Gobi mumbled to himself...

The battlefield had stayed quite for some moments after the crash, untill a sudden high spike erupted from underground, and up through one of the many crashed trees. It was followed by another one, and yet another, and soon another hundred erupted cutting up wood, and filling up the entire wooded area. (Putting you in danger, of course)
After the devasting attack, Gobi emerged from the middle of the forest of bones, standing ontop of one of the many spikes, scanning the area.
As Mathias notices Gobi being covered in a bone-looking dome defense, he gathers and channels chakra into every muscle of his body and energizes his cells causing his speed and strength to increase greatly.

With the magical healing abilities of the forest, Mathias would soon start to rise up as the trunk he was standing on starts growing upwards. Whilst going upwards Mathias can sense via ground disturbances (bow) physical objects piercing through and erupting from the ground. In reaction towards it, he releases from his entire body a surge of lightning chakra that manifests an entire throne in which he sits. Due to the tree's rank attribute, it starts being turn to wood chips from the lightning throne as Mathias descends downwards. While going downwards Mathias effortlessly snaps his fingers and releases a massive shock-wave in all directions that completely destroys the bone forest with its added boost. (Due to the bone forest being weakened by piercing through so many trees and my wave as well I think its safe to assume that they have been equally weakened.) Of course, Gobi being on top of his own bone-made forest would have to defend against it.
(Ninjutsu: Luciano Primo's Ouza) - Ninja Arts: Luciano Primo's Throne

Description: By focusing his chakra throughout his entire body and releasing it in a surge, the user will manifest a throne made entirely on chakra depending on the affinity that it was infused with.(Earth, Fire, Lightning, Water, Wind) This throne protects the user from the flank and also underground attacks. With the snap of his finger, the user can cause an entire S-Rank shock-wave to be released in all directions of the channeled affinity that travels forward and even underneath, creating a medium sized crater. The throne lasts three turns on the field unless dealt with properly. The concentrated chakra allows the user to be protected from up to A rank attacks from the rear and underneath and it will be destroyed by an S rank attack however it will still protect the user before dispersing or crumbling away. Should the user manifest the throne in mid air with the wind affinity, he will be given the ability to fly for the remaining turns that the throne is active.

After snapping his fingers Mathias simply stays calm and cool whilst being stationed on his throne and looking around for Gobi's counter-attack, being ready for anything.

I emerge out of the bone, only to be met by the sound of high amount of crackling lightning coming my way, as it obliberates everythin' within it. With a quick turn, however I believe I was already facing that way, nontheless, with a quick turn towards the lightning I meet the wave with a serie of punches infused with wind, splitting the wave in half, leaving my path unharmed - My surroundings however, is left is wasteland, just as the one before me, where you're landing on the ground with your throne..
Taking a step forward I leave the spiking, and land on the ground. I start walking towards you, as I give off a grunt.
Hmph.. What a pretty throne yous having there..
If you're not to act, I stop infront of you, just before entering short-range.
Noticing Gobi walking towards him, Mathias casually reaches into his pouch with his right hand and under-throws a flash bomb up into the air behind him. Timing it correctly on the time in which it should naturally detonate, Mathias places Gobi in a genjtusu that leads him to believe he is inside a pitch black room that he can't see anything in. This would add to the reality of being blinded by the flash or his eyes instinctively closing before the flash went out and seeing nothing but darkness. After placing Gobi in the genjutsu, Mathias snaps his finger once again and releases another shock-wave.

Gobi immediatly as the flashlight is thrown taps his hand with the other, infront of his chest. Despite his sunglasses he still gets blinded by the flash(And the illusion.), he launches his arms forward.

The shape of a wolfhead forms around the Kaguya's body, and is sent forward making impact with the wave inbetween the two combantants(Obviously it's unknown for me, that there was a wave of lightning ingoing, disregard the sound it will make - As I prepared this before the wave was released.). The wolf head explodes into a high amount of flames which eventually, after a bit overpowers the wave and a small wave continues towards you.
Upon impact of the techniques causes Gobi's torso clothes to be torn off along with his sunglasses O_O
Nonetheless, as the two techniques have made impact, I channel chakra into my arms/fingers, allowing them to move despite the drawback of my technique. Simultaneously I take a dash backwards whilst forming some hand signs, and biting my lip. Ending the row of hand signs I draw the blood from my lip and slams my palm onto the ground, causes kanjis to spread in circular pattern around my location.

As Mathias senses wind chakra being sent out as Gobi reaches forward, he activates several kanji seals which are all located within his bandaged suit. Upon activation, the chakra takes the form of a mummy as it coats Mathias' body and absorbs the entire blast as his lightning throne is finished off completely/deactivated. As Mathias then notices a big source of water coming down on him, he simply compresses the chakra within the mummy coat and causes the water to be repelled away from him as the tree he is standing on, grows upwards 100 meters within the next turn.
Bringing out the boss, aye? Haven't seen him in quite a few years...

As the tree have fully arisen, and we're facing eachother, me standing ontop of Bunta - You on the tree. Bunta reaches out for his sword, and launches it whirling forward at the base of the tree, to make it break at it's base, and throw you off balance. Once thrown, he puts his now so toady-hands up in a triangular shape and emits a pulse of water.
Now, kid!
Immediatly followed up, after the pulse of water is emitted I infuse it with lightning. Having worked beside Bunta before I know where to infuse the lightning <.<''
The pulse which is already quite big, expands even further in size, as it makes it way towards you. If it was to hit it would crush you into the tree's already falling parts(The ones you're standing on), and into the water with huge bruises all over your body, and several broken bones. And then, add the lightning which will shock you severely.

Upon noticing Gama releasing the water, Mathias swiftly waves three hand seals whilst focusing great amounts of water chakra inside of his body. He then releases it and causes a thick gluey substance to be released in a 20 meter high explosion in all directions.

However, this technique carries enormous risks. Once triggered the user can't stop or control the technique. The amount of water that is produced is so high that the battle field will be left with a 30 meter deep layer of water in only a few seconds. Once the water is completely created, it loses its sticky properties and reverts back to normal water. However, this water will stay in play until the ending of the match. The user however, will be left exhausted and severely damaged from the overuse of his chakra.

Instantly after releasing the water, Mathias turns it into volcanic water, which completely evaporates the incoming water and continues at a weakened state as it then completely melts off the skin off of Gamabunta along with Gobi should they not counter in time. The battle field is now left with a 30 meter deep source of volcanic water.

My vision returns, and I launch myself forward towards the immense wave of gluey Volcanic water. Bunta poofs knowing he have done his job. From your point of a view, a round spot of the v.water that's heading in my direction, lightens up, whereafter vanishing, creating a sort of hole. Wherefrom I emerge landing on what seemingly seems like nothing but the thin air, and not enough with that, I even start running up towards you - On what just seems like the air itself.
Upon emerging, and landing on what seemed but thin air, I weave both my hands at you, firing out small bone bullets aimed at you, and around you.
Whilst free falling, Mathias crosses both arms and legs while entering the water source and propelling himself through the source, away from Gobi's current location, avoiding the bone bullets.
