Unfortunatly you cant use limelight. only 4 people from the 12 ninja guardians of konoha can use it and there needs to be 4 of you
Dont forget you are also on the water so you would have electrocuted yourself

very good, because you dont need seals, but be carefull because its an explosion, you would need to explain how you do not get hurt in it
