Please note, I'm not trying to argue for or against homosexual house holds or not. Though I morally see nothing wrong with homosexual house or their ability to provide stable environments for children, I was more concerned with your actual argument that you laid out rather than the statement you were trying to make. I felt your core argument flawed. I've enjoyed this immensely to be honest.

It was flawed to the extent that I never considered they're multiple normal households. However if the two basic fundamentals aspects of life theory id true. Would it nullify the chance of having a normal household with two gay parents?

If it's possible I'd enjoy knowing the flaws to that theory. Refining it is something I wish to do.

That's honestly a completely different topic. But towards your two fundamental aspects of life theory I will provide a psychological response rather then a philosophical response which is what I have been using. From this stand point an individual has certain fundamental needs in life. This is called Maslow's hierarchy of Psychological needs. This hierarchy basically follows that of a pyramid with the lower needs requiring to be meet before the high needs. Within this hierarchy, the base need is all physiological in nature (i.e. needing to eat, drink, sleep, etc). If anything your fundamental aspects would fall into this level. Being that, the actual need for reproduction by anyone individual is actually unnecessary because there are an abundance of people that will fill the reproduction needs of the world thus reproduction isn't actually an excepted need. The higher up the pyramid you go though, the more self fulfilled and self meaning your life with have. So given this though you might feel reproduction a base need two levels up on the pyramid (above physiological and safety needs) is the need of love. Love is a strange thing, and fulfilling the needs of love will (regardless of who with) will provide a more gratifying life/situation.

I actually based my theory off of animals. I notice animals seemingly are focused on survival and reproduction so wouldn't that be categorized in the lower part since all animals attempt to reproduce at one point unless physically incapable?

well, one can chose what he belives and live the consequences him/herself

Your right, one can chose what s/he wishes to believe. But, lets say for argument sake, that I believe killing people is completely natural and should be done by everyone. By your stand point, it's ok as long as I live with my consequences, but is it truly ok? There are thousands upon thousands of unsolved murders. Would you say those people who perpetrated those crimes and haven't been caught are really living with any consequences for their actions? Do you believe your fundamental argument that it is okay then to kill people if it's what they believe is right?

Interesting you should base your theory off that. I'm currently trying to remember what animal it is specifically (I believe it's a breed of sheep or goat), that has no preference of biological *** within it's species. In actuality it will mount fe/male of it's species completely indiscriminately. This actually is a common defense used against other that say homosexuality is unnatural and is non-occurring in the natural world. In reality it does appear in the natural environment, and an adequate counter example to your belief as well I feel.

Also, I almost failed to mention. What about dolphins? There are species of dolphin that actually participate in *** for purposes of pleasure, not just for reproduction.

But does that mean it won't reproduce. I don't mean to offend anyone when saying this but most homosexuals think the opposite gender is gross and is "turned off" by what would visually stimulate someone of heterosexuality.

The bold portion of your reply is a generalization. That specific information is often portrayed in media and adopted by society. It is no more accurate then for me to say all Asians are good at math (sorry if I offend anyone with this stereotype, only using it as an example). As for in reply to your question, of course it prevent reproduction, but just because the animal mounts the same *** of it's species doesn't mean all of that species will always do it. Reproduction will still happen, just not at that specific moment.

So can we truly say it's normal? The goat mounts any species regardless of gender while a homosexual will mount only the same ***. Now that doesn't take into consideration of bi sexual or transvestite as I'm mainly referring to homosexuality. Also for the record I have stated throughout this topic I have no issues with homosexuality. However I wish to perfect my theory to find out what's normal and what's not.

One of my boys has two mothers and he gets more bitches than a dog pound.

My parents are a MOTHER and FATHER. And let's see...

My dad beat my mother and stepped on her throat, cheated on her, and got arrested many times.

And no, I am not asking for sympathy because I don't know you guys, which is exactly why I can post shit like this. But to me it seems that you can have two of the same gender parents and be okay, while not all heterosexual partnerships work.

This is not something that is easy to say. I don't think homosexuality is abnormal, but I also don't think that it's normal. This is why. Because for something to be normal or something to not be abnormal there has to be a right and a wrong. I don't see anything being wrong with homosexuality but then I don't see anything right with it either. Homosexuality just is, as well as heterosexuality, and bisexuality. Neither has any inherent qualities that make them right or wrong. For you to state that it is normal or abnormal would require something to be right and something to be wrong. There is nothing morally wrong with or naturally wrong with someones sexuality until it there is no consistent, or it has taken advantage of a situation (i.e pedophilia). In a relative view you can say that homosexuality is abnormal to you, but you can't say that it's abnormal in general. This prevents a theory from being in place regarding such because a theory is meant to be an accurate description of topic/material until dis-proven or a more accurate model exist.

I think all straight males should answer these questions themselves.

Imagine growing up with two gay men as your parents.

How do you think you would turn out?

How society would look at you?

How different would your life be?

By definition as of October 25th 2012 it's dysfunctional due to it not being what's considered normal in my country. However that label has no bearing on whether or not that home is a good home. It can be an amazing home but due to definition it's dysfunctional.

I wouldn't be as intelligent as I am today not because of having same gender parents but because I would of never questioned things in regards to what's normal.
