I dont ynderstand why you guys take away skills from people and then rank them again. I mean what would Naruto be without the nine tails and Madara without sharingans. But yeah minato is still kage level lvl without his ftg.

Yeaah, I think I understand your point now, so like, if an opponent could somehow prevent Minato from using FTG ? That might actually be possible. However, I do think Minato would still be hard to beat, he has shown us a wide veriety of jutsus in his arsenal, although without his FTG, the possibility of beating Minato greatly increases.

No not at all it nothing like taking the sharigan away from Uchihas. if Minato was fighting on water FTG is nearly useless right? Sharigan isn't, Kyuubi isn't, endurance isn't. Like I said there is more to this thread than people know.

I say just under or in top ten... sealing jutsu, natural reflexes, and his base speed is good too... ftg is a plus. he would still be kage lvl

That is true.But Minoto has reflexes which can't be compared to other ninjas besides Naruto,for example if someone like A tried to punch him minoto can dodge it and tag a seal onto him meaning he has easy access on approaching A's blind spot.

Yes, Minato is still not bad without it but against people with mid and long range jutsu and other special abilities without FTG he chances of winning drop alot.

With FTG he's stronger than SO6P and without FTG he is still stronger but the gap closes alittle.

Definitely he has pretty much no chance on playing mind games with anyone thanks to you my opinion changed.
He drops by 3 or 4 places in a list because as long as someone is fast he's pretty much screwed especially if they're good at taijutsu.
