Yes, Minato is still not bad without it but against people with mid and long range jutsu and other special abilities without FTG he chances of winning drop alot.

He can still use s/t-barriers against long/med range attacks and to be honest not a lot of shinibis can survive his Food cart destroyer technique

Definitely he has pretty much no chance on playing mind games with anyone thanks to you my opinion changed.
He drops by 3 or 4 places in a list because as long as someone is fast he's pretty much screwed especially if they're good at taijutsu.

He still has immense speed and reaction time without ftg, and is still as intelligent, I personally don't believe it's possible to destroy the kunais, but disperse them. Still rank him about prime hiruzen without them.

Disabling ftg is easier then one might think. People who use air combat like muu,oonoki,sasuke and deidara can fly to high for ftg to work.also on water the knifes would sink,as someone pointed out. plus magnet style can move the kunai.

The guy is called Yellow Flash for nothing his speed is not to be underestimated and he's got fast reflexes shown against A so he would still stand a chance without FTG, and from what I have seen his rasengan is better

u do know the FTG tech can be used without the kunai aswell right :| ... there is more that one way to use it and its not the only tech in his arsenal ... it was said he was known to have a lot of sealing techs aswell thnx for kushina plus rasengan and very fast reactions.... the guy is still boss whichever way u look at it

Okay... I would realy wanna see Kakashi beat Minato. Btw he had extremly good relfexes as a very high base speed and a intellect like no other. Fights are won by those who uses his attacks best. Not who have the best if you ask me. Ofcourse he wouldn't be as awesome as when he has FTG tech but to actually belive that he would be useless and get owned by anyone is ridiculous. My speculations is that he had the possibility to come up with a counter strategy to anyone. And his FTG is made of seals which he attaches to his kunais or anything else. So stop with the idiot comments about how you can own his FTG. I wanna see that happen. And his FTG has no reach limit smartass. He didn't become Hokage because of his FTG abillity. If we now asume Naruto will become Hokage. It is like saying he became Hokage because he has Kyubi. No it's cause he is a formidable shinobi.
