The reason for his eye loss was for overuse, that would suggest he was fighting 100%, he's showed us majority of his jutsus I would say, unless he can revive himself back from the dead then sorry naruto has this, he's simply surpassed him.

explain how amaterasu tsukuyomi and espacially totsuka wouldnt work? I dont know any shinobi who could survive totsuka so...

Well Raikage was the only one to dodge Amaterasu with his speed. Then Naruto became faster that Raikage. It's simple.

Sigh* I swear it's like teaching high school kids at 1st grade level stuff, raikage dodged this so called unblockable tec with his raition style armor along with his body flicker tec which before naruto tamed the nine tails was the fastest ninja alive even to the point where he dodged sasukes amaterasu, we all know naruto is now faster then the raikage, you put 1 and 1 together and ta dah....anti-amaterasu deterrent

uhm he would dodge it like the 4th raikage did? and sure yata mirror works against tbb but naruto could rasenshuriken him from the back with his amazing speed, as i said the totsuka cant keep up with his speed.
