I say Naruto but fighting Itachi is never an easy thing to do. Just as in Sindi1997 sig.... itachi is excellent with battle strategy, thats what makes him such a genius. He try's to find the best possible solution while using up as little chakra as he can.

Bijuu Mode Naruto would completely and utterly fodderize Itachi. He'll have no problems bypassing a Susano'o which is lacking an underneath if he chooses to incorporate

into his slew of offensive techniques. Susano'o stands no chance against the complete Bijuu Dama, especially considering the Yata Mirror does not offer 360 degree protection. It having the potential to deflect Bijuu Damas becomes a non-factor if we consider that it'd be embarrassingly easy for Naruto to simply aim for the land infront of Susano'o and induce an explosion across that area - said explosion would then effortlessly envelope and disintegrate Itachi's Susano'o from all angles. Hell, Itachi doesn't even have an answer to Bijuu Mode Naruto's
