It's not a mistake. Kishi made a transition from the scene of him at the grave.to him summoning Kurama. He simply didn't draw the whole extraction thing again, but it.still happened.

Wow this isn't even a plot hole. The scene was skipped. Notice how when he is in the grave, its daytime but when he summons the kyuubi, it's night time. Kishi basically skipped the whole extraction part because we've already seen it.

He just switched scenes quickly in the manga, Obito didn't actually release the kyuubi on Rins grave. Something I want to know however, is how Obito convinced Yahiko to form the Akatsuki, as he claimed, when fighting Konan.. It seems the Akatsuki was already formed and that Yahiko wanted no part of Obito.

Ok, I misunderstood this too at first. However, I you pay close attention, when Obito has the flowers in his hand it is still daylight. Then, Kishi used some kind of jump to where the kyuubi appears. Notice that the Kiuubi appears at night. It is not a mistake, it was just a "jump" in time. Kishi is not gonna cover all of the Kushina part again.

Haven't you guys taken some comprehension in english class?
first obito sees kakashi in daylight which means kishi obviously skipped that part.
Second unless you are saying kakshi can teleport to, how was he suddenly talking to gai at night?
thirdly do you think kishi is going to show the whole chapter?

the main things is that... like everyone said.. kishi already skip the scene where obito extract kyubi from kushina.. the scene in the 607 is the scene where the extractions is already done means.. minato and obito fight is over.. if u read the previous chapter.. kushina already told naruto that after the minato and obito fight.. obito retreat... so the summon scene in the 607 chapter is actually the same scene the attacks on konoha 16 yrs ago... just kishi emphasis the exact point of the summon held..
