Okay I will be using my Himura Kenshin Bio with Ice release Mastered this will be a All out fight between me and Blizzard and we will be fighting mid Range

Kenshin leaves Kumogakure to go on a walk as he is walking towards the Village of Konohagakure through a forest he feels a Strange presence of someone following him so he stops in his Tracks and places his hand on his Katana and looks around after seeing no one is sight Kenshin Screams to whoever is following him

COME OUT.... I KNOW YOU ARE THERE!!!!!

As he screams this a man jumps out of a tree as the man Appears the Two Shinobi stare at each other... Kenshin awaiting a introduction from the man.. the man finally introduces himself as Blizzard

Blizzard, the man who had forgotten the past and embraced a new future. He was very much the man of actions, setting examples on every road he takes, bored of his daily routine the sophisticated yet amusing young shinobi was out in the woods of Konohagakure. He was far away from his home-town the Iwagakure, but he liked Konoha's outskirts. He had battled one of the greatest shinobis in these very fields, the legendary wood user and Hokage of Hidden Leaf Scary Yamato. Today he was going to encounter one of his own student, the one who embraced his way of life and enwrapped his power with the blanket of Ice. Wearing his regular attire with a mask to hide his identity, and wielding the legendary sword the forbidden fang (Kiba) he rested on a branch of the tree. His rest was short lived and was interrupted by a loud call, the voice was quite recognizable, "Kenshin..." He thought to himself right after analyzing whose voice he had heard. He stepped on the floor. What do you inquire young shinobi...? He addressed his student hiding his identity, just to test his skills.

Description: This sword is developed with Ice chakra. Some Myths state that this was made by the Angels themselves and gifted to Earth. The sword is 2 Meters long and shaped like a Persian Scimitar. It is sharped edged at the bottom and top. Some carvings are also done on one side of it which says "The Frozen Fang".
Sword's speciality is that it has abundant flow of chakra and is able to communicate with its user like Samehada. Since the sword's blade is made out of ice it can be sliced, melted or shattered with Earth, Fire and Lightning chakras but if a constant flow of chakra is remained with the handle it has the ability to regenerate its ice blade. The regeneration of ice blade can also be done through barriers, for example; if the sword is thrusted in a wall its ability allows it to form on the other side given that there is direct contact between the user and the sword, and between the sword and the object. Sword's language is more like a whistle and it happens when the chakra is flowed through it. It indeed has cutting power of an S-ranked wind chakra and is able to extend to mid-range if the chakra is flowed through it.
Note:
Must be used by a Yuki member who possesses Ice as his/her speciality.
Regeneration through objects can be hindered by greater rank chakra rank flow.
Can only be wielded by Blizzard.

As expected the young shinobi quickly deduced Blizzard's true identity, but remained calm and sharp. "My Student.. hmhp." He thought to himself once again remembering the amazing deductive skills this student had. "Makes sense, after all he held similar power as mine", his trail of thought was broken by a simple question, "So, what brings you here?"... "What brings me hear?" Blizzard repeated now in another trial of thoughts, more like memories. "Why do my visits have become regular to this place, am I still in search for power." He cut of his own thought noticing that his student was waiting for an answer, "ha.. just searching for answers. Its been awhile I saw you, I wonder if you have gotten any better?"

Blizzard, upon seeing the sudden approaching kunais smiles, thinking he wouldn't have expected anything else from his student. His quick motion leads for him to draw out his sword in front of him, swinging it into continuos yet parallel motion reflecting each Kunai to either sides. Well, well... this is quite a rare sight. A student testing his teacher's skills. Well if you are this interested in my skills, why not make this a bit more complicated?, as he speaks the clashing of the sword with the 6 Kunais echoed and he moves on to create the surroundings to his liking. That was enough to kill the thoughts, I am blank now... thanks to you Kenshin, we will have a good time. Get Ready! he snaps his fingers simultaneously channeling the unique chakra of all, the legendary black ice.

Description: This technique is formed as a result of the user having used Ice Release: Glazed Black Ice Intrusion followed by Ice Release: Ice Technique(making it snow). As Glazed Black Ice Intrusion is a technique requires no handseal and that triggers itself upon sensing Ice or Earth Chakra of the user and manipulating it, Glazed Black Ice Intrusion can only be sensed by Doujutsu users and is triggered with the usage of an Ice or Earth technique, then followed up by Ice Release: Ice Technique that also requires no handseals, makes a very thicker than normal black snow fall across the entire terrain. The snow maintains the properties of Glazed Black Ice Intrusion, allowing all ice techniques made from the black snow have the extra resistance to lightning (takes a lightning jutsu of the same rank to cancel out any jutsu made from black snow) and a +10 damage to all black ice jutsu as a result, losing some of its damage from the former technique. In two turns, the ground will be completely covered in snow up to the ankles. . The user is capable of using the Black Snow to recreate/duplicate any Ice Release techniques that do no originate from inside the body of the user, by manipulating their chakra that is already inside of the Black Snow.
Note:
The user, can use this jutsu in place of creating Glazed Black Ice Intrusion and Ice Technique(to make it snow).
Other precipitation techniques (rain, snow etc) cannot be used at the same time as or used to cancel out Black Snow unless it is of a higher Rank.
Only the user of this technique can create other jutsu out of the Black Snow.
Another Ice user can post Glazed Black Ice Intrusion to use techniques from the Black Snow.

Description: The user creates black ice that surrounds all the user's earth techniques and ice (that aren't already black), giving it a stronger resistance to lightning (takes Lightning of the same rank as to cancel out the technique instead of one rank lower). The Glazed Black Ice isnt unnoticable, but it can be seen with a keen eye. The way it catches people of guard is in their carelessness.

Can only be used 2x per battle
User must wait 3 turns for each use
User cannot use Ice or Earth above A Rank
Can only be used with 2 Earth techniques and 2 Ice Techniques.
User cannot use Black Ice Techniques until the user has completed 2 Earth techniques and 2 Ice techniques.

As it Starts Snowing Kenshin Closes his eyes and Listens to Blizzards Sotry about the Cat and the LionAs he Listens KenshinGathers up Ice Chakra within him as he prepares for the Battle ahead as Blizzard finishes the Story Kenshin speaks to his former teacher a few kind words "You see my old friend I have a Similar Story story in a few ways but with it also being different in ways it called the Story of the Monk and his Master...You see its not a long Story but it has a Meaning the Monk and his Mastered Trained everyday from SunRise to Sunset...They works hard together to improve the monks Abilities they Trained for years until one day the training was finished and the Monk had learned everything there was to learn and went out into the World Leaving his Master behind....until one day The Master heard about how much His student had improved and heard stories of how the Monk had surpassed him this sent the AMaster into a deep Rage until the Master Set out to Figth with his student....As the Two meet The Master asked his former student "How did you Surpass me" to which he replies "Its Simple During our Training I watched you and Studied you for Years I learned everything in your Style and then Developed a Counter to it all" Now you see old friend You may have taught me everything you know but I learned to fight againist you in everyways"


As Kenshin Finishes his story he gathers up Particles in the Area and by Using shape and chakra Maniuplation he Creates a Disk of Ice that is tranparent and nearly invisible to the Nake Eye making it Very Difficult for you to see and dodge until it already to close to you

(Hyouton: Aisu Disuku no Jutsu) Ice Release: Ice Disk Technique

Because of their transparency, the ice disks can be used as a large lens to focus rays of heat from the sun into a powerful beam to capable of melting or exploding a pinpointed area.

"No wonder.. you were a great student, but there is a flaw in your story, that master was not as good as Blizzard." As he speaks, he witnessed a something in the air is spinning fast pushing away the tiny snow particles and making its way through them towards him. He notices the technique and quickly resides to his defenses, Turning his right arm, and upper body into earth, and materializing a firm armor around him. As the armor appears its not just normal earth, the earth itself is coated by S-ranked Black Ice Intrusion making the armor's strength close to invulnerable.

Description: This Technique coats the users body with stones, making them much more resistant to attacks, at the cost of their speed. Whilst using this technique, the user can even change their appearance, but once the technique is either defeated or worn off the users original appearance is shown. The user whilst in this armor is resistant to A rank normal ninjutsu but is vulnerable to Lightning Techniques.

Fully aware that he will loose speed after obtaining such immense defense he channels his chakra throughout his body activating knuckle's break, which increases his speed, strength and ninjutsu to extreme lengths. When the technique is activating (Still not active) he slams his arm into the disc, shattering it into pieces and dashing forward through the black snow, as he comes forth with less than normal speed and the technique is activated he boosts forward in a zig-zag pattern, due to black snow, and such speed his appearance disappearing into nothingness.
