After Kakashi left Rin's grave, Obito came and knocked the vase with flowers over, nothing more.
Then it skipped from that scene, all the way to the nine tails attack.

He knocked the flowers over, because Kakashi killed killed her, yet he's visiting her grave, mourning like he didn't.

This guy gave a reasonable anwser, but what i want to know is why did he randomly knocked her flowers over for no reason.

Maybe the flowers as i said was from Kakashi and as he is the reason he died he cant forgive the action or with this way he shows the changes that will come!It could even mean the denial of Rin's Death and the beggining of a new era they will be together again!

He was at the graveyard and if you notice it's during the day so this is before he went to kushina uh well for obvious reasons he over heard Kakashi about minatos top secret info aka naruto being born
So when Kakashi left he did his thing touching the grave stone ....
So from that moment he did not summon the Kyubbi ,

So it just look liked he did cause he Said summoning jutsu
In that last panel with the flowers
But it simply skipped time to where he summoned it that night on the episode/manga do all the extraction and fighting and dying happened now it is at where minato vs Kyubi
In obito perspective cause he was watching minato from below

Seeing as how Obito made the Kurama in this chapter appear by blowing leaves from Rins grave would make me assume it was a diversionary Kurama, which when being dealt with by Minato even for a few seconds('cus it might not be the real Kurama) would give Obito enough time to reach Kushina.
