Dude why would he skip it if we've seen the real deal, when did we ever see him summon the kyuubi at the graveyard in the anime or manga? He didn't skip shit he forgot.

He never summoned it at the graveyard.:sy:

It doesn't matter he can try to summon it but the kyubbi just won't appear if he is in a host. Just like madara tried after he was revived and it did t work.

he didn't fking summon the kyubi in the graveyard >.< we can see the leaves flying, which represents time passing. and we hear the kuchiyose no jutsu, we don't see it, so he is remembering when he summons it in the village. and then we see minato in the statue, from obito's point of view. IS SO DAMN OBVIOUS!!

I think it's just meant to be a flash'forward.' Picture this in anime format. You see the leaves falling and in the background you hear Obito saying 'kuchiyose no jutsu,' meaning the two aren't necessarily at the same time. Obito saying that likely just implies a fast forward to the nine-tails attack.

To put a clear example: Remember the beginning of The Lord of Rings - Part 2? We heard Gandalf yelling at the demon in the mines of Moria, but all we saw was the mountains in the outside. They were remembering us what had happened just with their words while time was passing. Now It's the fking same thing! Obito throws the leaves, we see them flying and time is passing, and we can hear him casting the kuchiyose no jutsu that we already saw in Minato's and Kusina's arc, AT THE VILLAGE.

Well....I think the confusion here is the day-night...
Let me explain...Obito did the extraction from Kushina at night time...Minato then teleported her away!The beast bound by the sharingan was inactive in the forest until Obito went to Konoha to summon it!That is the way he done the whole summoning thing!The only problem is that Kakashi moment was before Kushina's beast extraction!So we can assume that Obito is in Rin's grave before he do all those things!He didnt summon the Kyubi in the Graveyard but more likely he was getting rid of Kakashi's flowers to Rin and then changed the scene to his revenge,the time he summoned Kurama!
