So, finally got to hang around with this awesome girl I've been trying to meet for like a year now a girl I like way more than a friend and she may feel similar(she's not sure)

Some randomers gave her a drink on the bus, which had alcohol in it so she was drunk during our meeting.
Kept telling me she loves me and hugging me, usual drunk stuff.

Asked me to kiss her but I said no, wanted to but taking advantage is horrible in my opinion so I kissed her cheek.


Towards the end she sobered up a little and asked me for a kiss again, saying she knew what she was doing.
Refused again.
After that night because she was so drunk she forgot everything, even me giving her a phone.

I may not get to see her again, should I have just done it that last time? Call it pathetic if you want but I'm 19 and have never kissed anyone because I want it to be meaningful but now feel like I could have missed my only real chance with this girl...

Dude. I feel you, bro. I'm 19 but i respect the shit out of you. I would call her or Facebook her or something and do whatever you can to meet her again and do it then. 1. She doesn't remember so it wouldn't have meant anything to her if you did. 2. If it was just the alcohol talking and she DID remember you would miss out on your chance. And 3. If you do it at a time where you can both remember and enjoy it and talk about it forever after that it will mean so much more, whether you end up together or not. However don't move too fast, if you don't think you're ever going to see her again chances are a relationship might not be in the realm of possibility. Just take it step by step.

What you did was honest and most definitely right, I wouldn't beat yourself up over it, be honest with her and tell her about what happened. Joke around a bit, poke some fun at her about it, and by the end of it all, she'll remember you as the guy who didn't take advantage of her, not the guy that kissed her randomly that one time she was drunk.

She has to go for this big heart operation in...I don't know how long, but a week, maybe less...
She's had quite a few and nearly died so it could actually happen this time.


If we can hang out again before she goes my plan is to wait until either I'm going home or she is then ask her.

Problem is she's pretty busy and I don't want to seem like I'm obsessing about it because it will seem creepy, even though I have strictly honourable intentions.

I just wish she could remember how good a friend I was that night, she could barely stand. Anything could have happened but I kept her safe.
