When you get resurrected kabuto resurrects you when you were in your prime ( by choice of course). Just like how Itachi was resurrected with his mangyeko sharingan even though sasuke took his eyes to obtain eternal mangyeko sharingan. Cause if you think about it the souls are the things being resurrected not the actual bodies. Why do you think when sasori's soul left his body the body turned to dust, cause that wasn't his body.

if it's age anyone's prime age is the 30ies,if it's eye power he should have been revived old,plus every other edo,was revived at their death state except madara,in that case he should have been revived an old fart with one eye,so
conclusion: plot no jutsu strikes again to make villains able to hold their grounds

Kabuto said tht Resurrection from Edo tensei needs a sample of the blood or any body parts of the person who is to be ressurrected( he even showed it to madara!!) Kabuto probably had the blood or the body sample of Madara when he was still at his prime..moreover he had implanted Hashirama's DNA in his chest as well!!!
