Shouldn't Nagato be able to use all of Madara's eye techniques?

I'm not insisting Nagato gets Madara's powers, I don't usually include something in my arguments unless it's a manga feat. I'm asking is there a reason for Nagato to not use them. As we've seen the eyes are Madara's, we've seen that the techniques can be used with rinnengan active. I thought it was odd that it's not been explained.

well to answer your question, susanoo not just requires eyes but also your chakra, their is already a difference between sasuke's and itachis susanoo cause sasukes looks more evil and sasuke has darker chakra

Plus using susanoo puts a lot of strain on the users body, every cell hurts to quote sasuke
Also notice that even after implanting itachis eyes sasukes susanoo still does resemble itachis susanoo at all, nor does he has his weapons nor has he displayed the genjutsu prowess of itachi

So implanting eyes won't get you there, chakra,body, skill all are involved

True Uchiha could do anything with his eyes. He is just keep his sharingan On always, because he's da boss. But about topic, If you'll have someone's Sharingan you are just able you it with his minimun level like Kakashi is lucky for it he got Obito's eye since 2-tomoe. If he's got his eyes when he's got MS, His chakra reserve fcked cuz he can't switch it to 3 tomoe sharingan from MS, i believe it's why nagato can't switch into EMS/MS or sharingan. + Even he can able to use Sharingan abilities how he could know that, He's just have Rinnegan and no-one (Tobi/Zetsu) don't say you can able to use Susano'o either man, Cuz it's not your eyes. It won't suit with their plan, Nagato must see himself as a savior of world, who awakened Rinnegan naturally after So6P. It's an another reason why he couldn't use that.

Dude u said before Itachi was sick because he couldnt switch his sharingan. U didnt read the manga very well i guess (or watched the anime whatever)
Otherwise u would notice Itachi was shown with deactivated sharingan. B ythe way, u think he is good in genjutsu cuz he overused his sharingan? xD Very bad manga understanding

Sharingen can be switched on and off at ease by an Uchiha. There is no proof to back up your post. What are you even talking about?

No homeboy, he doesn't have access to the power of the Sharingan. Madara basically possessed two Doujutsus, the Sharingan and the Rinnegan, where he could switch between them. Since Madara transplanted his eyes to Nagato as Rinnegan, Nagato became the Rinnegan only. The only reason why Madara can use Susanoo is, because he has the EMS and has mastered Susanoo. If you notice, Madara is using his Sharingan for casting Genjutsu, not the Rinnegan. The reason is, because Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu would need direct eye contact with the Sharingan - for being caught in Tsukuyomi, you need to look at the MS, in order to cast Amaterasu you need to target the MS at an object. Susanoo however isn't used through the eyes, it is Chakra which forms around the user. Itachi kept Susanoo even activated after his Sharingan disappeared because of his blindness. Nagato doesn't have access to the powers of the MS, since not having this Doujutsu.

Skills in specific areas? You need eyes that have awakened Tsukuyomi and Amateseru that is all it also explains how Nagato knows about Amatseru here even though we have never seen it cast on him or around him prior to this

1.Sharingan and Rinnegan are not the same Dojutsu

2.When you get a transplanted eye you can't deactivate the Dojutsu it's already on.

3.Since Nagato got Rinnegan as Rinnegan, he can't regress to Sharingan.

It is different from MS and Sharingan where you can go from one to another because Mangekyo Sharingan is a Sharingan..while Rinnegan isn't a Sharingan.

What are you talking about. Madara was the one who awakened the Rinnegan since possessing both, Uchiha and Senju DNA + Sharingan. Nagato is an Uzumaki, which are distant relatives from the Senju. Those who combine Uchiha and Senju, can control the Gedo Mazo, Nagato can do it because of his Senju lineage and Rinnegan. He is not half Uchiha and half Senju and he didn't awake the Rinnegan. Don't twist facts.

He doesn't need to switch, madara has already proven he can use sharingan techs via the rinnegan (susanoo).

Thats only because he activated Susanoo while his EMS was active and later activated Rinnegan. Since he evolved the Sharingan to Rinnegan, he can maintain Sharingan techniques while his Rinnegan is active, but he must physically have his EMS active to actually access sharingan techniques.
