Here goes. I'll stop at each controversial part and talk about why I'm having issues with it. And yeah, I haven't been too active here lately.
1. Kabuto
Edo Army. Nothing more needs to be said.

2. Obito
3. Hashirama
4. Madara
This is where I'm having issues. Madara's straight up said that Hashirama can beat him, but those Edo additions make it a close call. But I've gotta go with Madara's judgement here. As for Obito: Kabuto did indeed say that Hashirama is stronger than anyone alive, and Madara and Hashirama can indeed rewrite maps (technically, Obito can too with multiple Bijuu Dama), but it's been made clear in the manga multiple times that big attacks and raw power is not enough to beat him. You need a "special set of skills" (Minato Namikaze) to beat him, and the fact that BM Naruto, BM Killer Bee, Kakashi, and Guy only managed a scratch with said special skills solidifies it for me that raw power (Hashirama and Madara) isn't beating Obito. That, and Minato's straight up said that he can confirm that Naruto will be the one to defeat Obito along with Kurama, who reaffirmed this just a couple chapters ago. Yet Naruto's now engaging with Madara, meaning that he has yet to defeat Obito with probably a power higher than the one he's using against Madara. And he's still not anywhere near that, as we evidently saw. I'm taking into overall ability to beat others below into account on this top ten, and raw powerhouses (landscape changers) don't have anything special, from what we've seen, that puts them apart, along with FTG and Kakashi's Kamui, against Obito's Kamui. My opinion on this can easily change in the upcoming 10-20 chapters, though, depending on how the war continues from here.

5. Nagato
6. Naruto/Sasuke
7. Sasuke/Naruto
At this point, neither Naruto nor Sasuke have the moves to put down Nagato, who can sense and absorb basically all of there attacks. And he's mastered the Rinnegan, something that puts him above these two. But he's not quite with Obito, Hashirama, and Madara, as they've all exceeded him in DC overall. And yes, Naruto and Sasuke are even. Kishi himself said that they develop at even paces, so neither is getting left in the dust. At this point, Sasuke's probably even with Naruto without Perfect Susanoo, as he'll probably get it later when Naruto gets the power that'll allow him to finally defeat Obito. And no, Naruto's not soloing the Uchiha brothers.

8. Minato
9. Itachi
Oh boy. Massive shitstorm incoming. I placed Minato above Itachi!!! But by an extremely slim margin. I honestly don't want to go around, digging for both of their individual hype and portrayal by Kishi. Nor do I want to get in a lolfeats debate, when Kishi's made it implicitly clear that Minato's definitely a genius, and a great Ninja. I'm not gonna talk about how he individually counters Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu, etc. when Kishi's hype allows me to ignore a conventional feats debate. Itachi's hype is amazing too, but he's behind Minato by a slim margin, as Minato's basically been portrayed as perfect whereas Itachi's been portrayed as near-perfect, but not quite there. Again, there's an extremely slim margin between the two. Don't cause an unnecessary shitstorm.

10. Mu
Eh, I don't really know/care who goes here. Onoki and Sandaime Raikage are also potential candidates here. And, by hype, Nidaime Mizukage. But Mu's impressed me here, so I'll go with him. Heh, notice the difference between the number ten spot and the numbers 1-3. Pretty big. Alright, I'm getting off topic.
Aaaaand yeah. Don't cause unnecessary shitstorms.
