I knew u were going to ask that question. If it didn't state, just say you performed a set of seals. Okay, for combinations, I've noticed that you are not sure or what not, lets go through some quick battle scenerios for wind techniques.
As you know wind techniques are a good combination with fire, but what about using wind and water afterwards? what do you think would happened? How would the opponent counter?

I know that wind can boost the power of water, for instance a wave can be pushed by the wind giving it a greater impact than normal. Countering a wind/water combination... hmmm... well for wind it is naturally weak against fire where water is strong against fire, so a fire jutsu would not work.
However, earth is neutral to wind and strong against water, so maybe a strong earth jutsu could counter a wind/water combination?
I was just trying to get at that combinations that are good with one another for example fire and wind, is good but it's always expected. If you try to use wind and water, instead of fire, it's unexpected. Plus they can not counter with fire, which compensates for the elemental disadvantage.
Lets continue and we are no in B ranks.
(Fūton: Shinkūjin) - Wind Release: Vacuum Blade
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user exhales wind-infused chakra onto a weapon in order to increase its sharpness, range and lethality. For example, the user can infuse a kunai to resemble a makeshift scimitar or infuse shuriken to increase their range and cutting power.
(Fūton: Shinkūken) - Wind Release: Shock Blade
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user swings their blade and a gust of wind is released in the arc that it was swung in. The technique is strong enough to stop projectiles that are thrown at the user.
(Fūton: Shinkūjin) - Wind Release: Vacuum Blade
So, infuse the projectile of your choice through your mouth. You can do either or but not both. Shape it so that it's a certain weapon, or increase sharpness, range, and power.
(Fūton: Shinkūken) - Wind Release: Shock Blade
You will need a blade for this. Swing it as you release chakra into the blade. Wind will be released in a arc like the description says. This is blunt force wind btw.

Thanks for that little bit with the counters, I'll try to keep that in mind but I don't know all that much water jutsu so it will for the moment be a secondary though to fire, which I just recently completed.
Yay, B-ranks

(Fūton: Shinkūjin) - Wind Release: Vacuum Blade
So, infuse the projectile of your choice through your mouth. You can do either or but not both. Shape it so that it's a certain weapon, or increase sharpness, range, and power.

You will need a blade for this. Swing it as you release chakra into the blade. Wind will be released in a arc like the description says. This is blunt force wind btw.
How to Attack: Infusing several shuriken with wind chakra so that they can easily cut through other projectile weapons thrown towards me, and continue towards my opponent.
How to Defend: I would use this as a back-up sword if I where disarmed in a skirmish with another swordsmen. By quickly drawing a kunai and infusing it with the jutsu, I could adequately protect myself from a potentially lethal blow.
How to Counter: If used to increase the range/power of shurikens, the best way to counter would be to create a small earth pillar to propel myself to the side out of the way. If used to add a shape to a weapon, then a jutsu that could keep me and the opponent apart would work...
Advantages Stronger than the normal method of infusing wind chakra into weapons and has a better ability to keep its shape than the standard infusion. Also a quick and easy jutsu to activate and can be done if ones hands are occupied.
Disadvantages: If the jutsu is used to add a shape around a weapon, I can't then try to increase it's cutting power and range at the same time. As you said, it's one or the other.
Combinations: By first creating a wall of flames using Fire Release: Wall of Flames and infusing shurikens so that they have increased cutting power, they will also pick up some of the fire thus creating a type of Phoenix Flame jutsu looking thing...
Question: This is Danzo's jutsu he used against Sasuke isn't it?
(Fūton: Shinkūken) - Wind Release: Shock Blade
How to Attack: I would use this as a quick starting attack, as it requires nothing more than a swing of my sword. (and the releasing chakra into it ^^) This is a good attack to occupy the opponent putting them on the defensive form the start so I can create a good follow up.
How to Defend: A good jutsu so push an opponent away if they get too close, also if they are in range, they could get hit by the sword and get pushed back by the jutsu.
How to Counter: Using the same jutsu to counter this one would suffice if you are far enough away to notice it, other wise an A-rank fire would work.
Advantages Quick jutsu that may not be expected as you could activate it as you draw your sword (if it sits on your hip).
Disadvantages: After using this attack, you can't quickly use hand seals unless you drop the sword as soon as you release it. However there is still that opportunity for the opponent to counter if they are good enough.
Combinations: As it is blunt force wind, it could be used to push kunai and shuriken with it adding that extra damage factor to the jutsu.
(Fūton: Kujaku Senpūjin) - Wind Release: Peacock Whirlwind Formation
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: This technique utilizes wind chakra into the users sword and then they release a vortex of wind that surrounds the users body and can push away materials covering the users body.
(Fūton: Shippuu Tama) - Wind Release: Twister Shot
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user releases a stream of wind infused chakra from their mouth that takes on the shape of a twister to attack the enemy.
(Fūton: Kaze Gaeshi) - Wind Style: Wind Return
Rank: B
Type:Supplementary/Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40 (+5 if attack is send back)
Description: This technique is used to counter a Wind attack launched against the user. Originally used by Kujaku in conjunction with her sword, the user will need to perform a series of handseals to amplify chakra and then he will split the incoming Wind attack and take control of the whirling vortex thrown at him, in order to re direct it towards the opponent.
Note: It can block only up to B rank wind jutsu.
More of a defensive jutsu to defend against projectiles and such. This requires a sword, personally try not to use this as if they launch as fire attack after a quick attack it could be dangerous
Range: Mid

How to Defend: I would use this to deflect a flurry of small projectiles or it someone where to use Bedrock coffin on me.
How to Counter: If I wanted to stop them using this jutsu I would use a fire based attack so that they would be caught in a vortex of flames...
Advantages A quick last minute defence... if you have a sword that is xd
Disadvantages: Leaves you vulnerable if the opponent has followed up with a fire jutsu as this would simply fuel the fire as it hits you.
Combinations: If I used Water Style: Water Heavens Convergence first and then followed up with Peacock Whirlwind Formation, I could surround myself with a water/wind vortex that would give me a greater defence that the normal Whirlwind Formation would.
How to Attack: Used to create a powerful twister to damage and push back the enemy.
How to Defend: If caught too close to the opponent and I have my hands full, this would be a good jutsu to use to put some distance between us. To do this I would aim this at the opponents face just as they get in close, this would disorient, injure and push them away a little.
How to Counter: Using Fire Release: Running Fire aimed at the centre of the vortex would cause it to travel through it towards the user of the Twister shot.
Advantages Being mid-range it if useful in the majority of the battle as most battle take place within mid-range. Also a quick jutsu to form and use.
Disadvantages: While exhaling the vortex the user is very susceptible to a fire attack being directed at them, as it would travel straight through the vortex and towards their mouth.
Combinations: A shadow clone using Fire Release: Running Fire as I use Twister shot could create a powerful fire/wind combination. Or a clone using Water Release: Water Horn with this jutsu would also create a good water/wind combination.
Question: None
(Fūton: Kaze Gaeshi) - Wind Style: Wind Return
How to Attack: Quite simply as the description says, by splitting the incoming wind attack and taking control of it using my own wind chakra I could then direct it back at the opponent.
How to Defend: Used to catch the incoming wind attack and either directed back at the opponent and maybe block their follow up attack.
How to Counter: By using a fire technique after or in conjunction with the wind attack, the opponent would not be able to re-direct the wind without taking a great deal of damage from the fire.
Advantages Allows the user to not have to evade (by using an attack to move out of the way) and keep there placing while also returning the same attack used against them.
Disadvantages: If the wind attack is too quick then I would not have enough time to make the hand seals (if I don't specialise in wind or course) and re-direct the attack.
Combinations: After returning the wind attack back at the opponent I could then follow up with Fire Release: Fire Breath to increase the damage taken by the opponent.
Question: Does this jutsu return the same type of wind attack (slicing or blunt force) or does it create a generic swirling wind with a b-rank power?
1. Keep in mind your combination for the first jutsu will block your vision and won't be able to see him. That in itself is a double edged sword.
2. decent
3. Yes, it directs the same attack that was launched at you.
Moving forward and thanks i like my sig too
(Fūton: Senmōfū) - Wind Release: Rotating Ferocious Wind
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid

(Fūton: Dai Sakūgen Sebiti) - Wind Release: Great Slashing Tornado
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description:The original version of the Wind Release: Slashing Tornado technique. The user, flapping their Giant Fan, creates a minor tornado, which ensnares the opponent, damaging and cutting the opponent, leaving them crashing into the ground after the tornado subsides. This technique can be performed by ninja who do not wield the Giant fan but require to make a small 4 sequence of hand seals to perform the technique.
(Fūton: Senpūken) - Wind Style: Hurricane Fist
Rank: B
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:20

Description: The user delievers a punch that releases a giant, adaptable whirlwind.
Need sword, infuse with wind chakra and release it as you slash forwards. pretty simple
(Fūton: Dai Sakūgen Sebiti) - Wind Release: Great Slashing Tornado
Don't know how else to explain this one, you need a fan or a sequence of four hand seals. Rest of the description tells you the rest.
(Fūton: Senpūken) - Wind Style: Hurricane Fist
A move a lot of people use to include myself. You can use it as a taijutsu move in short range, or punch the air in either direction to move you 1 range away or forward. So if you are in mid range and punch foward using this. You move to long range of your opponent.

How to Attack: I would use this to slash at chest level of the opponent so that they will be cut in a pretty severe location by the wind and if they are making hand seals they will be interrupted by this attack.
How to Defend: By slashing at the opponents feet I could stop them from advancing or cause them to drastically change there footing and put them off balance. Or if I'm caught in close range to them I could release this jutsu as I quickly draw my sword to block an incoming attack or push them away.
How to Counter: By quickly creating a small earth pillar under the opponents arm just as they swing their sword, they would not be able to follow through with the attack. Alternatively by using stone spikes the opponents movements would be restricted enough so they could not attack with this jutsu.
Advantages No hand seals and can be used unexpectedly as part of a Kenjutsu attack.
Disadvantages: Without a sword this jutsu can not be used, also a sharingan user would be able to see you channel the chakra into the sword giving them a chance to counter it effectively.
Combinations: By first using Fire Release: Flame Wall to create a wall of fire in front of the opponent I could then follow up by using this attack with my sword. The wind would travel through the fire and pick up the flames adding more power to the wind jutsu.
Question: None.
(Fūton: Dai Sakūgen Sebiti) - Wind Release: Great Slashing Tornado
How to Attack: After performing the hand seals for this attack, I would create a tornado under the opponent to deal damage to them with the slicing wind while also lifting them up in to the air.
How to Defend: Basically the same as how to attack.
How to Counter: With Dodai I could surround myself with a rubber ball that would protect me from the damage of the tornado and the effects of falling back to the ground. Other wise I could shoot myself out of it and into long range by creating a small earth pillar just as I notice the tornado forming.
Advantages This is a good jutsu as it disrupts the opponents footing as it lifts them up into the air, leaving them susceptible to a follow up attack while also interrupting the rest of their move.
Disadvantages: The hand seals required for non fan users or non wind specialists would give the opponent the time needed to interrupt the move.
Combinations: This used with Fire Release: Great Fire Flame Pillars Technique would create a flaming tornado around the opponent and deal significant damage to them.
Question: None
(Fūton: Senpūken) - Wind Style: Hurricane Fist
How to Attack: In a taijutsu engagement this could be effectively used as a part of a normal looking punch that would come as a surprise against the opponent.
How to Defend: The mist common way people use this to defend, or rather avoid, is to punch either to the side out of the way, or forwards to move out of range of their opponents attack. This is good to knock back an incoming opponent and any projectile techniques that aren't stronger than the whirlwind.
How to Counter: Releasing a stream of fire from your mouth (such as Fire Release: Graceful Flame) as the opponent uses this punch, would cause the flame to travel back along the hurricane and hit the opponent.
Advantages A great jutsu for avoiding attacks by moving either out of their range or by moving out of their path.
Disadvantages: Can only be used to move backward into the next range (short to mid or mid to long) and can leave the user vulnerable if they become too airborne with it. Also a direction change is not possible without using another Hurricane Fist jutsu to do so, during flight of the first one.
Combinations: Back to my standard wind/fire combo would be to use Fire Release: Flame Wall then punch through it with this jutsu.Or by first using Water Style: Water Encampment Wall to create a wall of water around me I could then punch through that to create a water/wind combination.
(Fūton: Dai Kamaitachi) - Wind Style: Great Cutting Whirlwind

Rank: B
Range:Short-Mid

Description: A bigger version of the cutting whirlwind.
(Fūton: Jūha Reppū Shō) - Wind Style: Beast Tearing Gale Palm
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: This technique is somewhat of an enhanced version of the Beast Tearing Palm. It used chakra to infused with and condense a mass amount of wind to form a massive demonic-like claw extending from the user's dominant hand to strike and grab a target, as well as deflect any weapon or attack. In addition to making it a deadly short to mid-range weapon, the extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects.
(Futon: Kazekama no Yori) - Wind Release: Wind Sickle Armor
Rank: B
Type: Offensive, supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20 (+10 per turn activated)
Damage points: (40 if opponent comes into direct contact)
Description: Temari will manipulate her wind chakra and create a armor of cutting wind to spin around her body. The armor itself has the capability to deflect incoming projectiles and weapons aswell as being capable of fending off taijutsu based attacks and causing damage to enemies who come into direct contact with the wind.
Note: Technique lasts for 3 turns
(Fūton: Dai Kamaitachi) - Wind Style: Great Cutting Whirlwind
More powerful version of the cutting whirl wind. Can't really describe it more than that.
Okay this is an interesting one, you create a claw type wind based chakra from your hand. You can move it like your hand as you wish. Grab things like the ground or your opponent.
(Futon: Kazekama no Yori) - Wind Release: Wind Sickle Armor
Mainly defensive jutsu, wind armor it is, and open for fire attack while it's active
(Fūton: Dai Kamaitachi) - Wind Style: Great Cutting Whirlwind
Type:Attack
Rank: B
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20

(Futon: Kazekama no Yori) - Wind Release: Wind Sickle Armor
Mainly defensive jutsu, wind armor it is, and open for fire attack while it's active
(Fūton: Dai Kamaitachi) - Wind Style: Great Cutting Whirlwind
How to Attack: I would use this if I needed to deal more damage to the opponent than is parent jutsu, by trapping them in the whirlwind that would go onto deal severe cuts to the opponents body.
How to Defend: I could use this when the opponent send an attack or moves to attack me by creating the whirlwind around the incoming jutsu or the opponent, to trap and cut whatever is coming at me.
How to Counter: By dropping a flash bomb as the whirlwind forms, the user of the jutsu would be blinded long enough for me to evade the jutsu by using Hiding like a mole technique. Coming up behind them to deal a finishing blow.
Advantages Has a decent coverage over the field and not only is able to trap the opponent in a whirlwind, but deals more severe cuts to their body.
Disadvantages: Like with any wind jutsu, there is always the potential for the jutsu to backfire on the user it the opponent can counter with a quicker, large scale fire jutsu.
Combinations: After using this jutsu I could follow up with a suitable fire technique such as ( Katon: Kaen Senpū ) - Fire Release: Flame Whirlwind to create a fiery maelstrom that would not only do cutting damage to the opponent but would also burn them.
How to Attack: A great jutsu to use in combination during a taijutsu engagement. By finding a suitable time to activate it, I could deal some major damage to them in a manner that they would most likely not expect to see.
How to Defend: Being an extension of my dominant hand (right) I would use this to deflect incoming attack (not fire) if they weren't too strong that is, or knock away the opponent if they are about to launch an attack.
How to Counter: Can be countered by using a fire jutsu that would be boosted by the wind and thus burn the users arm pretty badly. (fire steams, fire balls or ( Katon: Kaen Senpū ) - Fire Release: Flame Whirlwind would be suitable)
Advantages Good defensive and offensive abilities while also being able to extend out to mid-range.
Disadvantages: As the wind is directly connected to your arm, a fire jutsu would travel along the wind arm and cause severe burns to the user.
Combinations: I could use this jutsu to grab the opponent and toss them slightly up into the air where I could then follow up by using a range lightning attack such as chidori spear, to finish them off.
Question: None
(Futon: Kazekama no Yori) - Wind Release: Wind Sickle Armor
How to Attack: Another good jutsu to activate during a taijutsu encounter, after which the opponent would have a difficult time dealing damage to me while I could increase the damage I am capable of doing to them.
How to Defend: If activated at the right time, I could use this to deflect and incoming attack (such as projectiles, an incoming taijutsu attack or an incoming lightning attack) so that I would remain unaffected by them.
How to Counter: ( Katon: Kaen Senpū ) - Fire Release: Flame Whirlwind used after the opponent activates this jutsu, or really any c-rank or higher jutsu, would leave the user of the wind armour with severe burns over their entire body.
Advantages A good short range defensive jutsu that also serves to increase the lethality and power of the users taijutsu attacks.
Disadvantages: Fire... being coated in wind the user is susceptible to fire based attacks especially if they could encompass the users body would thus leaving them with severe burns.
Combinations: Really it is a good jutsu to combine with any taijutsu attack as it would deal a bit of extra damage to the opponent.
On your combinations for number three. Becareful, there are Customs out there that coats the user with fire. This is not good for you if you use it the way you described. Just becareful is all i am saying.

(Fūton: Kaze Rasen Yaiba Rendan no justu) - Wind Release: Wind Spinning Blade Barrage Technique
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: A more advanced version he user uses their Giant Folding fan or Giant Fan and swing it forwards at the target creating a single spinning disk of wind that ressembles a demon wind shuriken. A non wielder of the Giant Folding Fan or Giant Fan can perform this technique with use of four hand seals and releasing wind from their mouth and using shape manipulation to form the disk of wind.

Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid

(Fūton: Rasen Kazedan) - Wind Release: Spiralling Wind Ball
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: This technique allows the user to breathe wind-infused chakra into the palm of their hand, shaping it into a small, whirlwind-like ball. Then the user will shoot it at their opponent. This technique seems to be very fast and powerful, as it is capable of smashing through thick rock. They can be launched in rapid succession.

Description: The user will first release a wave of water at the opponent, and then the user will enhance the wave's destructive capacity with wind.
(Futon: Kōha Reppūken) - Wind Release: Hardliner Gale Chop
Infuse your fuuton chakra into your hand. More so for taijutsu based attack. I mean in the description it does say you can hit the ground and would have enough force to cut it open. But more effective if you can land a hit via taijutsu with this.
Same thing as above except you do it with your legs
(Futon: Kibishii Shippuu Kabe) - Wind Release: Severe Hurricane Wall
You create a hurricane and launch it towards your opponent which will drag them backwards and cause damage. Need a giant fan, if not then use three hand seals.
It's just a cutting disk of wind when you release your chakra. The disk forms as you manipulate it as you release it towards you opponent. This is a slicing type and you should know how it looks. Four hand seals needed if you do not have a fan.
(Fūton: Boufuu oonami no Jutsu ) - Wind Release: Gale Surge Technique
Mainly just gust of wind that is strong enough to hold a summon backwards. Probably not so practical in everday usage but it's not limited to just holding a summon back. YOu can knock your opponent backwards with this as well.
Almost thing rasengan. It isn't as this is just wind chakra, but the concept is the same. Form in into your hand and release it as your throwing it.
(Fūton: Fūsui Ranha no Jutsu) -Wind Release: Wind Water Wild Wave Technique
I hope this doesn't get confusing but you need to release a water jutsu first and use that force of the water jutsu that is already traveling towards your opponent and use this jutsu to add "Force" behind it.
On your combinations for number three. Becareful, there are Customs out there that coats the user with fire. This is not good for you if you use it the way you described. Just becareful is all i am saying.

(Futon: Kōha Reppūken) - Wind Release: Hardliner Gale Chop
How to Attack: Combined with a taijutsu movement this could be activated the moment of a strike to deal more damage to the opponent.
How to Defend: If used when blocking a sword or physical hit from the opponent it would end up harming the attacker instead.
How to Counter: Any type of fire based attack that is released from the body would cause the opponent's hand to catch alight, burning them.
Advantages A quick and easy jutsu to activate, it may also catch the opponent off guard.
Disadvantages: If the opponent erects a wall of fire in front of them, they user of this jutsu may accidentally strike the fire... and burn themselves.
How to Attack: Using this in conjunction with a kicking taijutsu attack it will take the opponent off guard and deal extra damage to them in the process.
How to Defend: When the opponent is rushing towards me I could use this to kick at the ground and split open the area in front of me to put the opponent of balance.
How to Counter: Causing a flame pillar to erupt under the user of this attack would set there leg on fire and deal more damage to it than normal.
Advantages Can add power to you kicks that the opponent would not suspect. Also can look cool kicking lightning like a boss...
Disadvantages: Kicking near fire could be hazardous to your health.
How to Attack: A good jutsu for dealing damage and pushing the opponent backwards to give me more time to attack.
How to Defend: I could use it to push them away from me as they move to attack or try to make hand seals to attack.
How to Counter: A strong enough fire jutsu would consume the wind so that I couldn't be pushed back/damaged.
Advantages Great coverage of the field and not only does damage to the opponent but pushed the target backwards as well.
Disadvantages: A fan is needed otherwise three hand seals have to be used that could give the opponent time to attack.
Combinations: If used just after the fire jutsu Fire Release: Great Blaze Ball the wind would push the fire ball towards the target faster and deal more damage to the them.
Question: How far back can it push people?
_________________________________________ (Fūton: Kaze Rasen Yaiba Rendan no justu) - Wind Release: Wind Spinning Blade Barrage
How to Attack: After performing the hand seals (or in the event I have a giant fan) I would send this towards the opponent to slice them in half, or at the very least slice of a limb.
How to Defend: Using this to slice through the opponents jutsu or even just to slice directly at them so that they can't attack would be a decent way to defend.
How to Counter: Using a jutsu that would cause a pillar of fire or water to push the disk upwards would stop in from coming towards me.
Advantages Good cutting potential can range.
Disadvantages: Needs a fan to quickly fire off the jutsu, other than that none that I can see.
Combinations: After sending the wind disk I could set it on fire using Fire Release: Fire Breath or by combining it with a water jutsu to make it more difficult to counter.
Question: None
_____________________________ (Fūton: Boufuu oonami no Jutsu ) - Wind Release: Gale Surge Technique
Lots of wind jutsus to push people backwards ^^ How to Attack: I could use this to push an opponent backwards into another jutsu or trap behind them.
How to Defend: To push away an incoming attacker (particularly a summon) if I need to by some more time.
How to Counter: Heavy weight technique would stop you from being pushed backwards and allow you to send out a strong enough attack to hit the opponent.
Advantages Good for pushing away a large summon (toads) and people that could be seen as a big threat.
Disadvantages: Not many practical applications other then pushing people.
Combinations: Could be used to push forward sharp projectiles causing them to hit with more force and reach their target quicker.
Question: Could it hold back Gamabunta or something similarly as big?
______________________________ (Fūton: Rasen Kazedan) - Wind Release: Spiralling Wind Ball
How to Attack: I could use this to quickly send off a small attack that would do a lot of damage.
How to Defend: Due to it being a quick jutsu to activate, it can be used in a tight situation to destroy incoming attacks or hit someone who is too close for comfort.
How to Counter: Another wind technique could be used to slice the small wind balls or even use a stronger wind, fire or water attack to overpower it.
Advantages A quick jutsu to use with a decent range that can be launched rapidly.
Disadvantages: ... None that I can think of.
Combinations: After sending the wind ball towards a target, I could use flame breathe to send a stream of fire behind it to make a stream of fire with a spinning orb at the front for increased damage. Or Water Release: Destruction Torrent (Yamato's jutsu he combined with Naruto's wind Rasengan) to do the same as with the fire.
Question: Can you make more than one wind ball with this jutsu or do you need to use this jutsu more than once for that?
________________________________ (Fūton: Fūsui Ranha no Jutsu) -Wind Release: Wind Water Wild Wave Technique
How to Attack: I would use it to add more force to an already existing water attack.
How to Defend: After using a water attack I would use this to add more force to it so I can block higher ranked techniques.
How to Counter: If I can interrupt the water jutsu first (with an earth jutsu) then the wind used to boost it would do nothing.
Advantages Good to increase the power of water jutsus sent towards the target.
Disadvantages: Needs a water jutsu already in play to be effective.
Combinations:... I really wouldn't use this with a third jutsu as it would take up all my attacks for one turn. A good water jutsu to use this with though could be Destruction Torrent
Question: Do I have to make a water jutsu before I use this or is it a part of the jutsu?
Q3: Takes them away. But that won't happen in our rp much.
Q5: Possibly, IMO a slight less.
Q6: One, anything more times the number jutsu used.
Q7: Yes water first then wind. Unless you have ying yang.
Moving on to A ranks.
(Fūton: Kaze No Yaiba) - Wind Style: Wind Blade
Rank: A
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:30
Damage Points:60
Description: A blade of wind that is unblock able due to wind intangibility.
(Fūton: Kaze No Yaiba) - Wind Style: Wind Blade
Intangable wind that is slicing type launched that your oppoent by waving your hand. Pretty easy and useful as well.

(Fūton: Kaze No Yaiba) - Wind Style: Wind Blade
Intangable wind that is slicing type launched that your oppoent by waving your hand. Pretty easy and useful as well.
How to Attack: A good little trick to slip into the start of a taijutsu encounter that you may not want to happen by waving your arm and unleashing this to deal a near fatal blow.
How to Defend: Using this to slash at the incoming jutsu or at the opponents as they weave the hand signs would be a good method of defending with this.
How to Counter: Being intangible it is a hard jutsu to directly block, so a large sized fire jutsu would be needed to consume all the wind and if it's strong enough, continue towards the one who used the wind blade.
Advantages No hand seals, give off a powerful attack that can not be directly blocked and has a good range.
Disadvantages: Putting this much wind into the air means that I would be susceptible to a strong enough fire attack.
Combinations: After using Water Encampment Wall I could follow up by using wind blade to carry some of the water with it to add the bit of extra damage to the attack.
Question: Can I use this if I have say a sword in my hand?

(Fūton: Atsugai) - Wind Style: Pressure Damage
Rank: A
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:30
Damage Points:60
Description: A Huge blast of wind that levels anything in its path; Can cause major damage and requires a sufficient chakra level to perform. This large wind blast moves in tremendous speed and cannot be controlled. If the user gets caught in it, it will harm him also.
(Fūton: Atsugai) - Wind Style: Pressure Damage
This is a nifty little jutsu. Powerful as well. Focus on wind chakra then blow it out. It's like a gust of wind BUT once it hits something it expands really big. You need to watch it as it can hurt you as well.

How to Attack: A good one to destroy any jutsus that the opponent may create out of earth such as Earth Shelter Technique and Earth Style Wall Jutsu while still managing to deal some damage to the target.
How to Defend: I wouldn't use this directly on an incoming jutsu as I may get caught in the wind, but I would use it to directly attack the opponent, forcing them to abandon their jutsu and instead counter mine.
How to Counter: Probably the safest thing would be to go underground or use some other technique to get out of the way of this one.
Advantages Covers a large area when it strikes the ground, something the target may not expect.
Disadvantages: If I use it too close to where I am standing I would also get caught in the attack and injure myself.
Combinations: We have seen kakuzu combine this with intelligent hard work to create a huge fire storm that could deal significant damage. Giant Water Vortex Technique could be used to create a similar effect but being harder to counter as it is a water/wind combo.
Question: Does the attack expand up to short range or further once it hits the ground?
Coolio then ^_^ It's been a while since I've actually watch an episode of Naruto, I've only been reading it since a little bit before the death of Asuma...
