Better than the other guys running at the time, by a long shot. We don't get to choose who's best qualified, unfortunately. We choose out of whoever is running that is the lesser of two evils.

Exactly, he might seem like a bad choice to some, but a lot better than the alternatives at the time. Also, he really wasn't so terrible. Sure he did and said some stupid stuff and even sounded stupid, but he was also a cowboy and took action when it was needed.

Do you really want the answer to this? He actually lost the 1st election to Al Gore, but there was ballot tampering which was apparent but unprovable, officially resulting in a tie, & Al Gore conceded. The 2nd election, 911 had happened & the public was motivated by fear & were manipulated into believing that we needed to invade Iraq to protect our homeland. Our political system is very corrupt, now you know.

I was too young to understand politics, but I ask that question myself "WHY WHY HIM!"...He's the reason we're in this economical crisis.

There is no such thing as economical crisis. It's just the result of stupidity that happened before Bush, or of the actions they took.

I still laughed at these videos. Bush is the way he is. He's not so "plastic" or unnatural like for example, Hussain Obama his majesty the second. Bush is a good person. He's not trying to be politically correct, that's why I like him.

I'm not saying he isn't a good person. I'm saying a president just shouldn't let those things come out of his mouth. Also he seems to be easily distracted and having hard time focusing on the subject. Not the qualities of a good leader.

Funny videos though, I too laughed out loud.

I know, I can't stand PC people, I'd almost go so far as to say I hate them, but hate is a very strong word in my book. Let's just say that I highly despise political correctness. Call it what it is, don't hide behind some mask because you're too chicken to speak your mind. That's why I like Australians, they just say it, to hell if someone gets their panties in a wad, they just need some tougher skin is all.

A lot of people feign ignorance when it comes to the actual answer to this. When a President comes into power he comes with a can-do attitude and a bright optimistic view however ever sooner does he realize that he is powerless. For he is shoved into a corner where he is consumed by petty traditions and threatened unless he gives up his humanity to please those who only think for themselves and use us citizens as the cavalry to his ambitions. President Bush is but a simple man given a responsibility beyond his means. I blame the House and Senate, wrought with indecision to line their pockets, for not taking any further measures to lure/pull him out of office. Now because of them we are where we are. But Bush is merely the scapegoat. If the House and Senate could have signed off on helping out economy asap we wouldn't be here but then again they only care for themselves and their reputation.

You are laughing, but you are the joke in here. If you blame Bush for your so-called "crisis", then you seriously have issues, but that's non of my business though.

Quite possibly the worst answer I have ever seen about past presidents, Bush damn near destroyed this country economic wise, yet everybody seems fit to put the blame on Obama for it. I am sorry but not one man can clean an 8 year mess in less than 4. Everytime he tried to fix the mess, he got denied by the repulican party in the house of senate. Bush sent our country to war when we didn't have the funds to send that kind of battalion anywhere.

This country for eight years thought that Bush was the best end we could get but were oblivious to the real fact that we were following quite possibly the dumbest man to have ever run this country.
What are you reading because I know its not my comment >_> Where did I say in my post that I blamed obama for anything? Correct: I didnt U_U every president has problems from the past presidents. Just like President James Monroe. He was a good president but because of the president before him he was blamed for everything going to hell and they called him James monruin meaning he ruined American. This can not be further from the truth. Another note. Just how you say problems can't be fixed in 4 years a country go where it was in 4 either. When Bush was president there was so many problems happening it wasn't even funny. Bush helped but not much. Like I said he was a good president (not great) but he did the best he could in that kind of situation. I would like to see you try any better and lets see what happens >_>
He sent out country to war? Well no dip. If a enemy attack us again I bet you would be one of those people that would want us to just sit there and take it huh? Idk how old you are but I can't sit by and watch my country burn and have our rights taken away by the enemy. If another country attacks us I bet everything I have that I will stand up and fight. I love my country.....I dont agree with whats going on inside of it but I love America. What Bush did about 9/11 could have gone better yes....but look at the outcome. We won and our troops are coming home. Yes we lost good men and women but they knew exactly what they were doing. RIP U_U

And I'm not voting for obama I'm voting for Romney U_U

P.S: actually the dumbest president would have to be Taff U_U he was stupid >_> lol

Bush didn't start the economic crisis. People and businesses who were rotten to the core did. Check the fall of the housing market; banks gave people bonds which had a high level of interest...and an even higher risk. But the banks said these bonds were "the most secure ones on the market", almost as safe as government bonds. Long story short, when the bonds ended up tanking, people couldn't pay off their houses, and bam; real estate market in the tank. That was among the main reasons for the depression kicking off in 08. Bush attributed, yes, but it was by no means his fault entirely.
