Is Naruto strong enough to beat Sasuke at the moment?

Right now? Yes. But they will be equal in the end, it is always one who surpasses the other until the end, for example Sasuke in the start of part 2 was clearly better than Naruto.

i think he surpassed sasuke in raw power but then again he was always stronger in power. i would say its all bout skill, and speed, naruto know frog kumite, sasuke is fast but i doubt he is faster than naruto, remeber how the raikage owned sasuke!

Yeah, i remember how mad the Raikage was at Sasuke for giving him that glance of weakling. Raikage was going to die in that match. I didn't see any ownage from Raikage. He only pushed Sasuke to his limits with Susanoo.

edo madara is strong because he has hashi wood style and rinnegan..but when u compare EMS madara and EMS Sasuke has different powers..i think u know itachi eye power..i can say strongly sasuke has good chance of defeating madara who has only EMS and not be an Edo..xd

Oh... I thought you meant Madara with EMS, Rinnegan, and Wood Style. Anyways, he has a chance but a small one. Madara has Perfect Susanoo, which if Sasuke fought him. He would lose the match.
