Is Naruto strong enough to beat Sasuke at the moment?

This question is not an easy one to answer since we have not seen much of Sasuke's EMS. However, based on the fact that Madara had to go to rinnegan to stop KM Naruto's RS, I would say that EMS might not be all it is anticipated to be. Plus, It would be very hard for me to believe that EMS sasuke has something able to stop this:

But remember, Kishi seems to always level up Naruto and Sasuke to be on par with each other. We will just have to wait a few chapters, and maybe we will get to see the answer to your question from Kishi.
