None of the once you mention could actually beat him. Some ninjas like Jiraya, Itachi, Orochimaru, Kakashi and Bee probably have their chance, but even them are not even close to beat him without help
I don't see any character with good speed losing to obito maybe it'd be a draw but obito has NO offense to to speak of without stealing a bijuu so, if forced to fight to the death obito loses to pretty much any jonin who has above average skills sorry but till obito shows me something he can use to obliterate a foe i can't rate any serious fight in his favor
I think he was older than 14. But to answer the question I really think only Rikudo Sannin, Madara, Hashirama, Minato, and maybe Nagato stand a chance against Obito, his Kamui just seems that hard to counter.

Another thing that saved him was the fact it was a 4vs1, something you forget. Obito had to fight 4kage level opponents, so he has to pay attention to all of them while fighting, while preparing his attacks. If Naruto was alone, he was done for in many occasions only saved by either Kakashi or Gai weren't there beginning by the pic i posted before or here also(even saved 2times during the same action):

I think you don't know what you're talking about or simply has basic knowledge on Obitos jutsu, you don't know how an overpowered technique Kamui is or maybe you're just trolling. The thing that makes him overpowered with kamui is that he is practically untouchable whether it's Jinton, TBB, totsuka, arrows, etc, so while fighting him you'll just continue wasting your chakra, and you have absolute no way to stop his approach, he can even catch you by surprise by travelling through the battlefield, by travelling from underground for example(something difficult to counter).
So you're completely wrong about your knowledge concerning the jutsu. Speed is not the thing that must helps you while fighting Obito. You have to have to find a way to outsmart him with a great timing and not everyone is like Minato with high intelligence, high speed, high reflexes, and even an instant teleportation technique(only thing that saved him)
Furthermore, we're just beginning to discover the character Obito under his mask, so i don't think it's worthy to say what he can or not. For example, because of the mask, he could not cast Katon attacks, but we've now seen how powerful his katons are(just to compare, Itachis katon for example look weak in comparison)

He has even offensiv jutsus with his kamui. What makes his kamui even more overpowered is that he is not only able to absorb attacks in his other dimension, but he can also throw them out like we've seen with these giants shurikens(difficulty avoidable, and it even cut one of Hachibis limbs):

He has also shown he was skillfull in sealing techniques. So i continue not to understand why you post those craps about Obito, unless we're not reading the same manga. Just to make you remember, that was only about his Sharingan techniques, even able to kill you with a genjutsu(konan), controll people from far distance for months or years(the 4th Mizukage Yagura, Fuu and Torune, etc), summon the Kyubi and control him(just to summon the Kyubi is incredible for a human, only Madara could do that, but even controlling him as a pet, wow). He also has Rinnengan abilities, can control the Gedo Mazo, and can use Paths(Human Path, Outer Path, etc)

Naruto is no way near the fastest. He needs the nine tails to reach fast speeds. Even in KM he is slower than quite a few characters(third raikage and Itachi just to name a few).

you need an s/t user to fight an s/t user. plus he had outstanding genjutsu power and summoning/sealing skill. enough to extract and control kurama. hes practically unbeatable just as minato believed him to be, discounting controlling kyuubis power as he wanted naruto to do

The truth is Obito as he was in the last chapter was irrational and only possessed the base skills of a low-end Chūnin that was handed two nifty kekkei genkai jutsu. Most intelligent Kage levels would defeat him, because as Zetsu once said, a master with a rock trumps a novice with a shuriken any day. And that's what Obito was with those abilities. A novice. And worse, he was blinded by emotion.
