i like the kind of tormented look nagato has

it makes more sense of why he uses the puppets now.

but the a couple questions arise

1) how and why did is he in that state? Is it self conflicted? Did he choose to be like that to use the 6 paths?

2) is he able to use ninjutsu if hes in that machine thingy? He hasnt shown any type of elemental jutsu and im sure he has something up his sleeve

3) whats the advantage of having the 6 paths of pein when it weakens him like that?


Most likely nagato is still stronger than he seems. If he's mastered all 6 types of chakra types i mean cmon. Kishi did a great job with nagato. Its a good twist. tell me what u think or if u have the answers to any of my questions thanks

I think there is a big secret of rinnengan which will be revealed soon. And nagato...Oh man! I wonder why he is in such a mess? And if the bodies can use the jutsus, nagato can use them too, cuz he is transfering his powers to the bodies.

i think the only thing nagato can do in that condition is genjutsu, i guess it is really hard to form hand seals and perform ninjutsu in nagato condition, and there is no question of taijutsu.
any comments..........

All we know is that he's skinny. But that does not mean he cannot move.

I'm pretty sure he's reaminig in that kind of coffin/desk just for the sake of transmission. He can get out if he likes, and he may be strong though skinny (like witches in fairy tails). And he must have lots of genjutsu.

Well this is pure speculation on my part. But like what I posted earlier, maybe after his fight with Hanzou, he could have reached a certain limit in his body that made him this way. We all know that Hanzou is very powerful and Nagato defeated him. But during the process, he maxed out his Rinnegan and this is the price to pay for it. Like when Naruto uses Kyuubi, it burns his whole body and almost die saved only by his remarkable healing abilities.

Nagato then probably learned to control bodies using the Rinnegan. But he needs a kind of signal booster to control up to six bodies. This is probably where that contraption comes in. He uses it to magnify the Rinnegan's power to better control bodies and from a much further distance.

Again, all this are just speculations, just my thoughts.

Don't know if this has been mentioned before, but the this last manga states that Kakashi has been "stolen away". Could that possibly mean that he is next in line to be used as one of Negato's bodies?

BTW, for those of you who keep saying Kakashi's dead because he's apart of the "old guard" and Kishi's killing off all the old guard, please remember that Kakashi is only 29 years old. I would buy the whole Kakashi-Negato storyline, where then Naruto would be devastated and then would have to kill the real pain (negato) to save his sensei.

those pain's power, are those nagato's true power or from those dead people he collected? i think his eyes is more powerful than madara, i think, coz pain can control the whole rain village by not allowing anyone to get someone's mind.

No one's arguing with you dude. You made an insulting remark and I'm just answering it. When someone say they posted something, it don't necessarily mean they posted it first. No one needs to toot their own horn. Post #548 is my first post on the matter and even then, I never said I said it first. If you have read that post, I actually mentioned there that somebody said it already.
