i have to go sorry
we can pick up on it tomorrow but think about it so this session can move along more faster and painless sorry -disappears- but think about adding the wind effects after forming a regular arrow

that is nothing like what i told you lol
ok look -forms a arrow out of ice and then throws it at a tree and it on sticks to it- as you see wind chakra can't be activated once froze so you have to add more wind chakra once it is thrown

-makes another ice arrow and throws it, as it slips through my fingers i create charka strings to it and feed it my wind nature chakra making it rotate and pick up speed and more energy until it hits a couple of trees and stops- U_U now you have to get the timing right and don't used this jutsu right away after mastering i most get it updated
